I gave it a five star because of the service I received

I gave it a five star because of the service I received once I arrived. Nicole was extremely helpful and incredibly customer service received from her. She had someone drive us back to our hotel until the vehicle was ready. I will tell you I left four messages over a three week time with your service department with no return call. I finally wrote an email with my displeasure and did receive a call. It’s unsettling when you spend that kind of money on a new vehicle and can’t reach anyone after multiple attempts.
