I had to go back twice to fix a recall issue .
I had to go back twice to fix a recall issue . Sever wobbling in front end . They told me I need new rotors and breaks (it's a 2020 . Two ma janice said I didn't need any rotors or breaks . They never all you call you back when you leave a message forget getting someone live . They need a intense customer service training process

They took two tries to fixed the defective front end stabilizer which took weeks . They said I need new breaks and rotors . My jeep is a 2020 few miles on it and I thought that was odd so I had my jeep check by two other mechanics both said the rotors and breaks are find . The solution , not a quick one unfortunately ,is new management with an intense customer service training class/seminar . Your Reputation is becoming very bad You are in life support Respectfully submitted a loyal jeep owner Peter B
