This past Saturday, January 28 I was scheduled to come in for an oil change and was greened by a very professional and personable customer service rep in the service department by the name of Shawn. I also asked them to please check one of the tires on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which sensors showed was low in air. I did not realize that all four of my tires, which were original to the lease, were very worn as I do a lot of off keep driving and am at 41,000 miles now. I was thrilled that they had the four tires that I needed in stock, brand new, and the time to put them on to ensure my & the vehicle safty. I was very happy with the exemplary and expeditious service I received from Shawn (and the two mechanics that I also spoke to briefly) while I was therefor the 2 hours of service time. Shawn, did an outstanding job, despite being the only one in the service department that day, managing people and calls coming in and out. It was a very pleasant experience and my husband and I have thought to at least two vehicles from Premier JEEP and seen many people come and go. While the business was down a few people that day due to various reasons, my car had its oil changed in what seemed like no time at all. The quoted me upwards of 2 hours wait time and still managed to get it done before that! I have never had an issue here and coming from a family of Jeeps, we continue to use this dealer/service center for all our varying needs!
