Very accommodating and friendly

Our sales woman was very friendly and helped us though-out the car buying experience . Kamiya made us her first priority when we went to the dealership, I highly recommend her service.

Best Customer Service

I arrived to the dealer on Saturday afternoon, dealer was very busy. Danny took the time to listen and show me the right car for my and my family. Very professional and kind, did not feel rushed or pressured.

Purchasing a Vehicle

Danny was a great help! He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle features. We had a great experience and are extremely happy with our purchase!

Great service, very honest and accommodating

We were in the process of buying a new car and John really helped us figure out what we wanted and what we should’ve been looking for. He was honest the whole time and very flexible when it came to scheduling time to meet; he was even willing to come in on one of his days off!

Very good experience

John Mitchell was our Salesperson and was fabulous—very responsive and accommodating, no pressure or BS. We liked a specific used car but it had 2 minor issues that he made sure got completely resolved. The 3 yr old car looked brand new when we drove it off the lot! All the other staff—including those not even involved in our purchase, were great, too. Each time we came every salesperson we walked by gave us a warm hello. Even as we were sitting at John’s desk, one offered us bottled water; when I was leaving after the purchase one got me a bag of popcorn. Contrast this with Boch Honda: I sat there at Boch for 1/2 hour waiting for my salesperson and every staffer who walked by me wouldn’t even make eye contact. I felt invisible and our family has never gone back (that was 3 car purchases ago). So if other dealers are reading this and wonder...the answer is yes, friendliness and courtesy by everyone at the dealership matter and affects future business. The Business Office tried hard to sell us an Extended Warranty, but that’s to be expected anywhere.

Excellent all around experience. Ara Yaghsizian was great.

I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Ara Yaghsizian, the salesperson who made the experience pleasant and seamless from beginning to end. Ara was very knowledgeable in every respect and I never felt pressured at any time during the transaction. I will recommend Herb Chambers to my friends and family and hope to do business with them in the near future.

Quick and Easy
