Great experience, smooth process

Purchases a new CRV

Bishwa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all phases of purchasing the car. We had an unfortunate incident where the transmission failed. Bishwa and the dealership manager were very helpful in resolving the matter to my satisfaction.

Rancier’s the best!

Rancier was the sweetest person in the world. I just bought first car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very patient with me throughout the whole process. All my questions received answers and he made the whole process pressure free and comfortable. Thank you so much Rancier for all of your help. I can’t wait to drive my new Acura!!

New car purchase

This is a very impressive dealership, my salesperson kamiya went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal possible, they went out of their way to meet all my needs and superseded all my expectations... I went to six different dealerships and was completely sold at Honda of Seekonk ... this dealership completely takes away all anxiety’s of a new car purchase and I’m more then pleased .. I would definitely give this dealership and my salesperson a five star ?? ????????Rating .. ty kamiya for truly going above and beyond and showing nothing but impressive costumer service skills ..

Greta experience

Above and beyond service, good prices

Herb Chambers Honda and salesman Ara specifically stood out in customer service, which is why I chose to lease with them instead of Tasca Mazda or Grieco Toyota. I had done some research ahead of time and was choosing between the CR-V, the CX-5 and the RAV4. Tasca didn’t seem to have much time for me and Greico Toyota was aggressive and bullying. In contrast, Ara was super friendly, laid back during the test drive and provided the lease quotes on the CR-V in the EX and EX-L at an affordable rate. Ultimately I chose to lease the EX-L for 36 months. I ran into some delays because I’m from Washington state, so Ara helped me figure out how to transfer my driver’s license (which took a while because I had to prove my Rhode Island residency) and get insurance (my insurer in Washington didn’t cover me in RI). What I appreciate most about Ara is that he didn’t pressure me into the sale or make me feel incompetent and stupid (easily fooled) for being a woman. I’m really happy with the car and my experience as a whole! My only bad experience was feeling pressured by Brian to get the extra Simoniz protective coating and dent insurance ($340), which I declined. Otherwise, I’m really grateful for all the help and had a positive experience for sure.

Kamiya Flakes

Kamiya was very helpful. She knew I wantd to buy a car and called me several times with inventory updates. We finally found a good match and she made it happen. The trade in was very fair, so I was very happy.

Quick and easy

Ryan made the car buying experience very easy. I was in and out quick with no hassle. I recieved a good amount for my trade and a got a good deal on a new civic.

Friendly, helpful, no pressure, great experience

We were turned off by so many other dealers using the same old tired tactics to pressure you into a purchase. Bruce and the team at Herb Chambers Honda are unlike anyone in the business. Felt like they wanted to help us the whole time. Although it took forever to get the paperwork done, that's always the case. Once we were in the home stretch completing our financing and paperwork with Bruce, we were even more impressed by how efficient and transparent he made the process. What's important is that we love the car and feel good about the customer service and the price... without having to haggle and bargain. That's a first for us!
