KB was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable on all of the products, straightforward, personable, likeable, professional, no pressure, no BS, and he understands people.and their needs. You don't walk out of this dealership feeling like you've been taken advantage of. Easiest and best car buying experience ever, and I hate buying cars and all the time and haggling and etc it takes. Top notch service department as well. I recommend KB and this dealership to anyone who needs to make an automobile purchase. To this day, I still talk to KB when I come in for service-- because he's just that kind of guy.

If you want a no pressure/ stress free buying experience, ask for the Danny Reyes. Cool, calm, collected and just as important, knowledgeable. I was searching for three weeks and came back to Herb and Danny not only because of the price, but because I was surprised at how, in this environment, purchasing my vehicle felt more like hanging out with buddies than consistently being pitched sales lines. Honest about wait times, honest about the product, even honest about not knowing something when that was the case BUT willing to go out of their way to find the answers and accommodate you. No products were ever forced (not even at the finance managers desk!), just presented and left on the table for you to chose or not... I've purchased a few cars and this purchase was really just an overall pleasant experience compared to the other dealers I've come across in RI.

Herb Chambers had a great price on a used Tahoe and gave me a very good deal with my trade. The process was so smooth and quick I couldn’t believe it. I was able to drive my new vehicle home that day. What really impressed me was how quickly the dealership took care of me when I discovered a couple of minor issues with the vehicle. Without a second thought they immediately took care of both minor repairs. I’m very happy with the entire experience and very happy with my vehicle. I would buy from them again in a heart beat.

Stopped into HC Seekonk with my wife to narrow down the selection of a new CR-V for her after doing initial research and getting quotes online. It was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to meet Kamiya Flakes, and to have her assist us. She had great product knowledge, and she took the time to answer all our questions and demonstrate numerous features of the models we were considering.. Throughout the entire time we were with her, we never felt any sense of pressure to buy. MOST IMPORTANTLY, once we chose the model, the buying process was completely transparent. The price, and financing and leasing options were all laid out on paper in a clear concise manner. All we had to do was negotiate for the best purchase price (and trade -in value). THAT'S IT. There was NO Smoke and Mirrors or Bait and Swich trying to trick us into paying more than we expected. EVERYTHING was totally disclosed up front! We visited another dealer that quoted a substantially lower price online. What a nightmare it was on SO MANY levels trying to get a straight answer on price and understanding exactly what we were paying. The price and financing options were scrawled in magic marker, it was like "pick a number you want to pay". The numbers were constantly changing. DO NOT be enticed by a low-ball offer at that type of dealer. You most likely WILL NOT GET it, and you will end up paying more than you thought, and NOT EVEN KNOW IT. It was total Smoke and Mirrors, and Deceptive practices at that other dealership. Stay Away. Kamiya is a refreshing new breed of car sales rep, and HC has been an above board dealership. For an easy, pleasant and fair vehicle purchase experience, Kamiya Flakes at HC Honda in Seekonk is the one to see. Recommended 100+ %. Thank you Kamiya!!!
