Rancier Matos is the best
This is probably the 10th car my family has bought from Rancier and it went just as smoothly as it always does. Rancier is knowledgeable, no-pressure, friendly and incredibly responsive. I always get the sense he is trying to help us do what makes the most sense for our situation than just sell us any car. I do not hesitate to refer Rancier to all of my family and friends.

Awesome Customer Service
After going to other dealerships for my daughters first car, we found Herb Chambers to be the best in all around service. Michael took his time to help my daughter both pick out and explain the process of buying a car to her. He was equally professional when we picked her car up to bring it home. He is extremely professional and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I will be back when it is time for my new car.

Overall it wasn't a painful buying experience
I had done the research and new the make, model and approximate mileage of the Certified CRV I was looking for. Autotrader helped me find a half dozen dealerships to focus on. Of those, the Seekonk dealership had the most detailed and helpful vehicle listing so of the 3 appointments to make, I gave them 1st shot because of the detailed listing. Through Autotrader I contacted the dealership to verify the car of interest was actually still in the inventory. Danielle of their internet sales team got back to me right away and helped me set up an appointment for a test drive the next day. Not a ghost car-check. Meeting up with her for the appointment got me handed off to Mike Garcia of (Used) Sales. Mike was pleasant and answered my CarFax questions as best he could. Car Fax review-check. He took me out for a no pressure test drive where he tried to anticipate and answer questions I might have about the vehicle models features. Test drive done-check. Since the dealership has a "Smart Pricing" philosophy of pricing the used vehicle at what they believe is its true market value, there is no haggle. The price was what was advertised in the internet listing. I had a vehicle to trade so I just needed them to appraise the value of my vehicle adequately for trade purposes and was given what I thought was a fair price. Mike wrote up the deal and and gave me the paperwork for review that reflected purchase price and other fees. The Documentation fee stuck out as exorbitant, in my opinion. So much so, I didn't want to but was willing to walk away and go to my next appointment. Mike could only bring his Mgr. into the discussion for potential relief. We found middle ground with an adjustment to my trade offer and the deal was done. After a visit to the Finance Office, the final price (after tax, title, documentation, registration etc.) I needed in bank check form was established. I couldn't locate my vehicle title so a credit card charge was agreed to for them to apply for a duplicate from the RMV on my behalf. Again, I thought the hold back requested was high but it was me who couldn't find the title and most (not all above and beyond the RMV portion) of the fee would be credited back after the title duplicate arrived. A trade in handoff and the new to me CRV pickup was arranged for the next day. Mike shepherded me through the Final Financing sequence, we agreed I'd get it inspected closer to my home to not have to make the trek back again and they'd return the inspection fee to me. We exchanged keys and it was done. After the Sale, I had it inspected locally and sent Mike a photo of the Safety inspection report. He arranged for a check from the dealer to return back to me the fee I just paid, since I'd already included it in my bank check. After the duplicate title arrived (in about a month), Mike contacted me to say it had arrived and he made arrangements to credit the holdback agreed to back to my credit card. After reflecting on the transaction to write this review, I couldn't say it was a painful experience. The vehicle was Certified, it had what I thought was a fair price, I got a fair trade allowance and my Sales person (Mike Garcia) was pleasant and helpful. I haven't yet needed any servicing or had any problem that tests how well they back what they sell, so I offer no value to the reader there. I realize new cars aren't smart priced so negotiation is alive and well with those. If you're in need of a Used vehicle in their inventory because you appreciated the detailed listing description and thought the Smart Pricing was fair, give them a ring and ask for Mike.

Michael was a great help from the moment he seen us to the moment we left with the new car it was a great experience he was very helpful and told us about everything the car brought and how everything was going to go to. He was polite with my father and me he spoke Spanish so my father could understand a little more and my father was glad. Accord Service
Today (June 20, 2019) I had a scheduled maintenance on my 2018 Accord which included: Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and Wheel Allignment. Tim offered a package that was very suitable. It is a pleasure to do business with Tim Islip in Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. I've known Tim for several years through the service department, and consider him a friend. I also can attest to his consistent friendly and positive attitude. Not just with me, but towards anyone I've witnessed encountering him. I generally seek Tim out when scheduling service, and when I arrive. All of the service department personnel are very kind, knowledgable, pleasant to do business with as well, but I usually look for Tim due to our lengthy business association.

Rancier is awesome
Rancier was incredibly helpful during my process of purchasing a car. He was incredibly generous with his time and patient with me as I am a newer and anxious driver. He delivered the car to my house and went through the different features of the car and made sure I was comfortable navigating the vehicle. He is also very responsive over text and call, which was very helpful. Rancier is also very encouraging. I am thankful that he helped me purchase my car. I recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new Honda vehicle.
