Our initial visit was one of investigation of Honda products. We had the pleasure of meeting Dominic Melone, who was very informative about Honda products. He asked many questions about our needs , never pushed any product on us . He showed us a few cars and gave us all the information about each car. The SUV we liked did not come with a power door lift which was a necessity. Dominic went to see if it was an option. Unfortunately it was not , but gave us so many other options that he researched even with other dealers. This really impressed us because he was here for our needs above all. We went to other dealerships,but didn’t like the salesperson or the product. We came back to herb chambers not only for the SUV but we only wanted to deal with Dominic. We did purchase the SUV. The process with Dominic was not only professional but FUN. We joked a bit and he made us so comfortable throughout the process and cared about our needs and could not have done more for us during the transaction but even after when he actually can to our home to deliver our registration. My salesman Rancier made this experience a very pleasant one. When I first got here, I did not know exactly what kind of car I wanted. He sat there with me and asked me what kind of cars I am interested in and tried to find me the best price with a low mileage number. I felt happy when I finally purchased the vehicle. I originally gave them a great review but then discovered they sold me a car with worn down break pads. This car should never have been allowed to leave the lot. Male sure to have your vehicle independently inspected if you buy here. That said, Michael was a good salesman.

I enjoyed working with Ara. I had many questions and he answered them thoroughly. He was patient with me when I didn't understand how the remote starter and blue tooth worked and didn't seem to mind explaining the procedures to me several times. I test drove the car several times before I bought it and he was more than willing to have me do so. I felt the car had a cigarette or cigar smell and Ara set up an appointment with the service center to have the smell removed. Danielle notified me by e-mail that the process was complete and the car was ready. Ara was also willing to find a lift so I could examine the car's underneath which was important to me. The price of the car was reduced before I bought it and Danielle let me know by e-mail. I was especially please with that because the price was the one reservation that I had and the reduction in price made me feel comfortable with the whole deal. Having your dealership help register the car was also a plus. Buying a car can be stressful but Ara helped make the process easier.
