I found an advertisement from Honda Seekonk for a used car that was competitively priced, and exactly what I was looking for. They quickly responded to my request for a test drive, and were accommodating to my schedule. Angela helped me with the test drive, and made sure all my questions were answered. When I was ready to buy the car, I was informed that I would have to wait, as the title for the car was still in the process of being issued at the RMV and mailed to a customer who had payed in full, but decided to return the car. This ended up taking about a month and a half. During this time, my old car was not in good driving shape, and I was borrowing cars when needed, so Angela was able to help get me a loner car to use while waiting for the other customer to receive and bring the title back. Once this was done, she was very accommodating with the paper work / pick up process, and Bill helped me through the financing and paperwork in a relatively short amount of time. Overall, Angela was very helpful, and understanding through the long wait to purchase the car.

Kb helped me pick a car that I’m going to keep for several years. He allowed me to test drive any car I was interested in and answered every question I had. I did not feel pressured to make this purchase but I felt comfortable and confident I chose the right car thanks to KB’s help! I would highly recommend his service to others and I will definitely return to him in the future.

He knew exactly what we were looking for and tirelessly worked to get us to our target budget price. We knew the car we wanted and how much we wanted to pay for it... the sales rep gave us a price over the phone before our visit that we likes and they stuck to it so that was awesome to see. Walked out a happy customer with a car and color we want.

My wife and I knew what car we wanted when we went to the dealership. As car payments were a big factor we thought we wanted an LX model. KB honored our request for that model and we test drove one. My wife was not in love with the car overall and I actually thought the deal was not going to happen. KB never rushed us and never made us feel uncomfortable. Instead he took the time to walk through the lot with us to view many other models. Once my wife saw a white EX model she immediately knew that that was the right car. KB spent a great deal of time with us explaining the difference and help us make the deal work. If the dealership has more people like KB I would say that your dealership is in great hands. We will definitely be back to visit KB on any future purchases
