My best new car purchase to date!

I purchased my 2019 Civic Type-R from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. I searched for several months to find one in Championship White for a price at or very close to SRP. It was really frustrating. Early on I checked in with Herb Chambers, they had two Type-R's in stock, for sale at MSRP, just not a white one. Danielle in internet sales was great and promised to keep me posted if they got a white one in stock. Every other dealer I contacted either didn't have a 2019 in stock in white, was firm at 2-5k over sticker, or had the car loaded with every possible optional accessory. Just when I thought I was going to have to fly down south to get one, I get a call from Herb Chambers. A white one was coming in and as promised, Danielle got in touch with me right away. Danielle put me together with Colby in sales and it was smooth sailing from there. She's the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Every question answered, no hassles, no pressure add-ons. Top notch customer service. I got exactly what I wanted, and I was treated like a valued customer. Herb Chambers has earned another lifetime customer.

Fantastic buying experience.

I purchased my Civic Type-R from Colby at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. This was by far my best dealership experience in the 20 years I've been buying cars. Colby was fantastic to work with, Danielle in internet sales went above and beyond my expectations....the entire team made the buying experience a breeze. I'm now a life long Herb Chambers customer, and I look forward to working with everyone again on my next Honda purchase.

Fantastic experience

My existing lease was due to mature so I went in to speak with sales about my lease options. I did not have an appointment so I was assigned to Sam. Sam had me laughing and feeling relaxed within the first ten minutes. He took the time to listen to all of my questions and took me out for a test drive and took me to see what colors were available. When he saw how disappointed I was that there was no silver in stock he told me that he would find one for me and he did. I also expressed concern that there were no wheel locks and he ordered them for me. I also asked him to help me with calling my insurance company and he did that as well. I have to say that within my 20 years of being a faithful Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk customer, this is the best overall experience that I have had.

Pleasurable and Professional; Experience - ARA

We were in the market for a 2016 Odyssey to replace our 2008 model. We had reviewed the available product on the website - and discovered that you had exactly what we were looking for! When we arrived - the van had already been brought around front - very good experience #1. Upon walking into the dealership - Ara was the first one to greet us. Fantastic!!

My fiancé and I were looking for a new car for myself and kept finding ourselves disappointed with every sales person/dealership we went to. We came across Herb Chambers in Seekonk and we’ve had by far the best experience with KB. He’s very informative and makes sure to give you all the information you need so you leave happy. We went back to him recently to look for a car for my fiancé and I’m so glad we did. Best dealership/sales person around.

The BEST

Best dealership out there period ! I came here looking for my first car right out of college. KB helped me find the perfect car for myself based on what I was looking for in a car. Not only did he help me find the car for me but also a deal in price. KB was so helpful my family came back and purchased a second car from KB.
