I had been searching for a rather rare Mercedes e63 AMG wagon. John was incredibly helpful- sending me videos, FaceTime chats, and coordinating shipping as I was buying from another state. Always quick to communicate and answered every one of my questions (there were about 4,932 of those). John is very professional and facilitated every step of the process.
