Jeremy Cates at Irwin Toyota made leasing my new truck quick and easy. By collaborating remotely through email and texts with Jeremy I was able to complete most of the deal ahead of time, which was awesome. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Working with Jacob was a pleasure, despite a few hiccups. The Toyota Corolla Cross had a recall issue that Toyota had no fix for yet, which made it ineligible for Toyota Gold used car certification. Jacob worked out a fair reduction in price for that, and set us up with a more complete warrantee program for the car. We would have liked to pay with a wire transfer but for some hard to understand reason the dealership takes 24 hours to process an instant wire transfer. It took four and a half hours, but everyone stayed patient and friendly.

I just purchased a new full EV Toyota bZ XLE from this local dealership. My salesman there was Howard Cullen. While I’ve driven Teslas since 2017 I’ve been able to avoid the typically unpleasant experience of being tagged-teamed by sales staff in an auto dealership — the “showroom shuffle”. I’ve also been able to pay cash and avoid car loans for the last 35 years. That being said, my initial reaction to being handed off to Howard by other sales staff was classic “disgruntled customer” mode; a bit hostile. However, we got past that and Howard was great in working with me to get me a very attractive price on a quality vehicle. Another issue that I had going into this transaction was encountering showroom sales staff who usually know little to nothing about EVs. Howard admitted to his limited experience upfront, so we learned about this car together. I appreciated that he understood my concerns and worked hard to gain my trust, answers to my product questions and minimize the amount of hassle factor that it took to make this purchase – which included my first car loan in 35 years (a few $K additional incentive for taking a Toyota 0% interest 3-year loan was hard to resist.) Prior to switching to Teslas (a very high-quality automobile) I had owned 6 Toyotas (Camrys and a Tacoma) over 25 years; and I would argue that this is hands-down the best car company in the world. Howard has been selling Toyotas for 17 years and shares my commitment to this product. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends to him for their next vehicle purchase — especially as I know that he will know alot more about these EVs for the next customer who comes looking for one.

Had some body work done on the car they’re very professional and courteous. The girls in the front office were very helpful. Also had to go to the service desk for something else and they were also very helpful. Kept up-to-date progress on the car all the time. Thank you very much Stephen Vaughan.
