Nicole Richardson in Sales at Irwin Automotive Group did an excellent job in helping me with my purchase of a Toyota Rave 4 Hybrid. She made the process easy and enjoyable by always giving me ample time to answer any questions I had when I was either at her office or by phone or text. She also spend time with me explaining details of my car that were new to me. She did a great job! Thank you Nicole! Also thanks to Adam in Finance who made the financing process clear, efficient and quick. Also thanks to Bill Salta in Quick Lane who gave me Nicole's contact. Had some body work done on the car they’re very professional and courteous. The girls in the front office were very helpful. Also had to go to the service desk for something else and they were also very helpful. Kept up-to-date progress on the car all the time. Thank you very much Stephen Vaughan.

Preacher Pete was super helpful in making the purchase of my new 2026 Toyota Corolla as easy as possible! Answered every question in a very friendly manor and with a smile constantly on his face. Great experience, Nicole made it the best experience purchasing a vehicle ever! The dealership communicated quickly and was very informative. Financing was simple and competitive. I will definately be back and would recommend anyone to try their bussiness here.

Jacob Fogg is an amazing man who was just as eager to get me my car as I was. Kept a positive attitude and was as personable as he was knowledgeable. From my first phone conversation to him walking me out to my new used car, he was supportive and patient every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. They never disappoint. About 2 weeks ago I needed a new fan motor for the heater in my Continental. They put one in. About a week later is was not working. I brought it back and they said the part was defective and needed replacement. Four days later they had a new one and made me an appointment to put the new one in at no charge. I also asked after I made the appointment If I could have a tire rotation (free since iI bought my tires there) and new windshield wiper blades. No problem for the add ons. . I was seen on time. Got home and there was a video in my inbox of the underside of my car with the tech explaining that my tires were fine, but the brakes were a little worn. So I need to keep track of that. You can make appointments on line or call and talk to your service advisor. Even tho my Continental is 8 years old, I still get a free wash. I have also used their body shop for repairs and they are excellent. When I have needed a repair, my insurance, Amica, does not require an adjuster to look at the estimate, They trust Irwin Auto Body to give a fair estimate. When I just need an oil change, I go to Quick Lande and Bill is always on time to take the car in and get it done.
