I brought my car in for.

I brought my car in for.a mysterious noise in the back which turned out to be a loose spare tire. Peace of mind and fair dealing. Can’t be beat. Also I finally had to replace the ORIGINAL battery in my 9 year old Honda. Great quality.

Toby made the whole process of buying my 2017 Tacoma

Toby made the whole process of buying my 2017 Tacoma really easy. He was professional, knew his stuff, and was very respectful of my time. Everything was straightforward, no pressure, and he made sure I was comfortable with the deal before moving forward. Also want to call out Kevin, Sam, and Brandon from the Ford and Honda sides—they all stepped in during the process and were a big help. Good group all around and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend working with Toby and the team at Grappone.

I went in for the 25k mile service.

I went in for the 25k mile service. They called and told me it wasn’t necessary to replace cabin filter because I had the previous summer. I wouldn’t have known the difference and it saved time and money.

My car needed a minor adjustment on the dashboard information. Grappone got me in for an appointment on the same day I called. They told me it would take an hour - it took 15 minutes! Couldn’t have been better!
