I went to Grappone Honda to have my car serviced today and found the staff to be efficient and courteous.

I went in for the 25k mile service. They called and told me it wasn’t necessary to replace cabin filter because I had the previous summer. I wouldn’t have known the difference and it saved time and money.

My car needed a minor adjustment on the dashboard information. Grappone got me in for an appointment on the same day I called. They told me it would take an hour - it took 15 minutes! Couldn’t have been better!
