Standard maintenance service was prompt and finished

Standard maintenance service was prompt and finished sooner than I expected. Service updates via text and email kept me informed of the procedures and recommended replacing parts. Deshon was friendly and professional as my service advocate. Back on the road in no time..

Cesar Cristobal’s business card lists him as a “Product

Cesar Cristobal’s business card lists him as a “Product Specialist” and the title couldn’t be more true. He told us all the information about our car of choice not as a sales pitch, but as someone who was actually excited about what the car was, and could do. After not having bought a car in 20 years he clearly described and explained the new technology and we felt comfortable in his hands. We never felt pressured into making a deal. Cesar listened to our most important desires and needs and stayed flexible. He worked with us until we found a deal that suited everyone. Nice! We couldn’t be more happy with the car or with how we were treated. Best car buying experience ever! Thank you Cesar! (And the rest of the gang at Berman Nissan.)

I was greeted by one of your employees while I was still

I was greeted by one of your employees while I was still looking for parking outside in the parking lot of Nissan. Turns out, he was the one that took car of me. I don't remember his name; but, he and everyone else in the room was so attentive, polite and professional. Your waiting area is amazing. I felt so relaxed before, during and after my waiting time. Your restroom was on point! Your coffee area is an example of above and beyond excellent customer service. I've been there before and I will return every time. Thank you all!!

This dealer is absolutely horrible from management to sales people . They are thieves and treat everyone like crap . Daniel Durojaiye Is a manager he harasses his customers and talks horrible to them . Do NOT Deal with these people or berman at all . Totally a scam dealer and plays tons of games. They cover up for each other and Sherly Rivera is a horrible manager low class at it’s finest taking down to people . You can not treat customers like this . They have an online price and when you get to the dealer it’s 5k more . They treat you like garbage and disrespect customers and other employees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AT ITS FINEST.

my salesman was Ashton who called me a half hour after I

my salesman was Ashton who called me a half hour after I called on a 370Z I saw on the internet. Next morning we test drove this immaculate roadster that I never thought I would own. the color, equipment ,wheels and style was exactly what I wanted. I only came to look, but ended up driving it home thanks to Ashton seeing the love affair II had for the car.....it took some very fancy and total determination on his part to see that this car and myself were to be a match made in heaven just like my spouse and I, who ended up buying it for me. She and Aston played with numbers for quite some time, they shook hands, and now I'm the proud owner of the most beautiful sportscar on the road, and by the way, I'm 80 years old. The next day Ashton made a follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory with my new roadster...I suggest anyone wanting to buy a car from tis dealer, ask for Ashton, you will get a salesman that will do anything he can to satisfy your shopping experience.........thanks again Ashton...I love this car.....

Great service.

Great service. Ashton was quick in getting an appointment setup. Manny was incredibly helpful in the process. I came in at late hours, and he was still more than happy to help me find the right car. Daniel was quick with the paperwork processing. Sorry I kept you all so late!
