In working with Deshawn young it has been a great experience. He kept me update, explained anything I didn’t understand. He always let me know if I have any problems always reach out. Also the car wash crew does an amazing job🙏🏽

This service visit was great.

This service visit was great. Dropped off my NVP SL3500 and within hours I was contacted with a list of items in need of servicing. I must admit, I had sticker shock on a few of the items they found and decided not to have the work done. I choose what was needed to keep the vehicle running and paid the high price for them. My NVP was ready the next day with a wash. The service people were nice and helpful, but the $190.00 an hour labor fee was a hard pill to swallow. Inflation I guess. I will return when I need to.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at this

I was very pleased with my overall experience at this dealership. From the sales person, EMANUEL MENDOZA to the finance department. I felt everyone had my best interest in seeing me purchase a car and they seemed to go above to make sure I felt comfortable with what I was looking for and willing to pay. I never felt like they were interested in just making a sale but rather that I was genuinely happy. Much respect to the salesman Emanuel Mendoza. I highly recommend seeking him out for anyone interested in purchasing a car. He's very friendly, mature understands the financial aspect well and seems to genuinely care.

Stay Away!!!

May, 2023 Bought a 2019 Infiniti QX 60 from Berman Niles dealership. Upon delivery, I asked the salesman about mats and the One key he handed me and his response "You just bought the car as is"! Talk about slamming it down your throat! Never spent a minute to cover details but sent the impression that he was done with us and good luck. 600.00 later, I have my mats and 2nd key. Within a week of purchasing a "certified used car" the check oil light and maintenance light comes on. How in the heck would a reputable dealer change the oil and not reset leaving me to spend another 80 to change oil. They charge you extra for a "certified used car". I asked the guy at oil change place if looked like freshly changed and he said no way. Now, I am led to believe that they didn’t do any safety inspections of the vehicle. Not a good feeling when you just spent 31k for a used car with 38k miles. I would run from this dealership!!! Shady car salesman and non responsive management. Love the car but totally feel bamboozled. Oh, and I forgot, they manipulate the points when financing. Good credit rating and FI guys says 8.6%. I tell him we aren't interested and within 2 seconds, he has us down to 8.1%. They are padding the interest rate to make more on cars that are already 20% over market value. I was going to walk but didn't want wife disappointed while her husband is getting xxxxx...we'll refi through our credit union as soon as we make our first payment . STAY AWAY!
