Lack of communication from the service appointment desk I made an appointment for Handy Care to be done at the service department in Burlington in late winter. I showed up and the appointment desk had scheduled me for Saint Albans, which is an hour and a half from my home. The service department did fit me in quickly. Made a second appointment ( Friday, May 22) for Handy Care and Toyota Care (30,000-mile check-up) to be done at the service department in Burlington. Showed up for my appointment today and was told they do not do Toyota Care there. Service appointment desk needs to do a better job at communicating what can be done in Burlington and what cannot be done there. Driving one hour each way with the price of gas and not having the service completed was a waste of my time and money, since I need to schedule an appointment somewhere else. As of today, Monday, May 25, 2026, I have not heard back from Handy. I filled out a form on their website. Being a holiday weekend, that may be the reason I haven't received a response or acknowledgment of my experience.

I really like coming to Handy to have my car serviced. It did take longer than expected during my most recent visit due to training technicians. Other than that, it was great!
