Brought my car in for a recall and an oil change (forgot that my new Prius only came with 2yrs/25K included maintenance. My car has 35K miles). Had to deal with the expensive oil change. Then it was $80 to plug a tire. Then they tell me my 2024 Prius Prime needs front brakes (pads and rotors) at 35K miles. This is my 3rd Prius (drove the first 2 over 400K miles combined), and I've never needed brakes so soon. They tell me this is the new normal now. Every time I bring my vehicle in, I brace for all the things they will tell me should be done. I bring my Chevy Silverado to the (Chevy dealer) for all service. The truck is over 150K (only replaced brakes 1.5 times so far). I never feel I'm being taken advantage of there. I trust them completely. Every time I bring my Toyota in for service it's a money grab. My brakes may need to be replaced (I'm not calling them liars), but I will bring my vehicle to someone I trust.

The vehicle is still experiencing the same issues after only 30 miles of driving, even after the Tacoma was sent twice to Handy Toyota, still not fixed.
