I came in with a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, $57.00. Driving in the fella said i needed tire alignment, $129.99 I said go ahead. When work was completed the bill was over $220.00.Thought it would be $129.99. They had no explanation and the fella doing the billing was as confused as me. Also they didn't rotate the tires. I got tired of waiting as I had already waited to long for the work to be completed. So I didn't pursue billing issue at this time. And the waiting room is craptacular. Friends told me when I bought this SUV that I wouldn't be happy with the service dept. They were right. Also when I got home and checked the engine oil level it was low 1 quart.

I would like to apologize to the team at Crowley service. Mike reached out to me and after explaining how the pricing was handled it turns out it was my misunderstanding. Other than being low 1-quart and the waiting room condition the service work was good.

I had the problem that affects many Jeep Wranglers of the "Wobble". When I brought the car to Crowley (even though I had bought it from another dealer), Joe Antonio understood immediately, ordered the part, and kept me informed as best he could about when it would arrive. When it did, he called, I came in, and they installed the new part in an hour. Overall it was an excellent experience.
