What a great day
I was looking for another Subaru so I could give my 2009 Impreza to my daughter who is away at school. I had the good fortune to see a pristine pre-owned Outback VDC on Mitchell's web site. I contacted Greg Wheeler via email to arrange a demo. He got back to me quickly, and we made arrangements to see the car. Greg and I hit it off right away. His pleasant manner and knowledge of cars made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. I have to say, that this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. This is my third Subaru, and the second one from Mitchell's. I can say without hesitation that I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with all the people in sales, service and parts at Mitchell's Subaru in Canton/Avon.

Love my new (used) Legacy
We had a great experience with Mitchell Subaru when we purchased our 2011 Legacy which we love. Our Salesman, Ora Curry was very nice, patient and great to work with, even after we changed our mind on the color and purchased a different vehicle from him at the last minute. I will definately refer family and friends to Ora Curry at Mitchell Subaru. The car is used, but it looks brand new.

Love my new Subaru Forester!
First Subaru I have owned but I have gone to Mitchell before for a used car. Worked with Greg Wheeler both times and had no problems at all. Very good service, very attentive staff
Once again I was disappointed in the Mitchell Care package, for which I pay dearly. Mitchell charges for tire rotation, I simply cannot understand their position. The package covers expensive oil changes but the dealership charges $49 to rotate tires.Why this piece of normal maintenance is not covered under this expensive add-on package is beyond what I consider acceptable.

While we're always pleased to hear that our service and staff are positive and attentive to you, we do want to make sure our team makes it clear that the extended warranty package that you purchased is a separate program entirely from the Mitchell Car Club which we gave to you for free -- that club 'membership' entitles you to free oil changes with us as long as you're staying on track with your regularly scheduled maintenance in our shop, but isn't involved in tire rotations or other such services. Great Service
Folks at Mitchell Subaru are great. When you see the same faces after years of going there, you know you can trust them to do right by you. My 2012 Subaru Tribeca is my 5th Subaru and I wouldn't go anywhere else for service..or sales.

SENSATIONAL Customer Service!
Had difficulty figuring out some advanced parts of the Legacy Navigation System. The documentation isn't the easiest to follow and there's not much online in the way of tutorials. Jay Barnard of Mitchell Subaru was incredibly responsive, took the time to solve my issue, called me back the same day and walked me through step-by-step instructions. Very capable and impressive customer service I won't soon forget - Thx Jay!

Service is outstanding at Mitchell
I am new to the Mitchell Auto Group and did not buy my vehicle there because I didn't live in this area. I have moved to the area and called Mitchell to service my vehicle. The service folks are friendly and informative, the waiting areas clean and very nice, the time to schedule a visit was less than 2 days for a routine maintenance and they had an internet coupon for 10% off the charge. I found the experience to be hassle free and I am glad I am a new Mitchell customer.
