Good service

I found their new sales manager uncomfortably pushy in negotiations, otherwise an excellent experience. The salesman himself was excellent.

Excellent Service, all the time.

I just went in for what must have been my 10th or so service visit at Mitchell Subaru. I put a lot of miles on my car and make sure I get it serviced as recommended. As usual, my car was taken care of without fail. The people at Mitchell must be well trained in customer service. Because everyone always makes eye contact, smiles and says hello. I have been to a few Subaru dealerships over the years for service. But this is the only one I would ever consider giving a recommendation for everything: well done.

Mitchell Subaru is Excellent!

I'm extremely happy with both the service and the car that I brought from Mitchell Subaru! The salesperson, Chris Townsend, was excellent to work with and made the buying process totally painless. I went home that day with the car I wanted!

There's something exciting to us about "same day deliveries" like yours, Brigette -- it means that Chris and the staff were able to meet, listen, and guide you to the right car with care and precision. Searching for a Forester

Stopped by Mitchell as I searched for a fairly new Forester. Sales person Jay Barnard was as helpful as could be. Took the time to show me inventory. Gave me a candid appraisal of what he thought would best meet my needs. Went on a test ride and then spent additional time answering questions and sharing info about the car I want. Could not ask for better service.

Even if you didn't end up buying from the Mitchell Subaru team, there's a benefit to being a trusted source of information and, as you said, candid insight into each driver's true needs and wishes. Work done fast and well

My car had two recall notices. I called Mitchell Subaru. They gave me a very prompt date for the necessary work. It was done ahead of time. It was done well. The cost was very low. And they gave me good advice about avoiding future costly repairs. Also, they were very polite and the place was very clean.

Getting feedback on our service department is always hugely appreciated, R. We may do a lot of business in our sales departments from month to month, but it's the work of Ogden, Rob, and our service team that continue to be the face (and hands!) of the dealership for the rest of each driver's time with their car. Their good work is our ongoing relationship with our customers!

Very satisfied

After pulling out of a very disappointing experience at a Worcester-area dealership, we were recommended to Mitchell. We received excellent attention and even had a great time with the money guy going over the nuts and bolts of the sale. Because of our work (private boarding school), we needed to do the deal in a single afternoon. We began the process online and were contacted promptly. The salesman was very helpful, by email and phone, in getting us ready for our arrival, and once we stepped into the showroom, he moved us through the process smoothly and efficiently. That afternoon, we drove home with our new '13 Impreza.

Coming from the distance you did, it makes your patronage with us all the more valuable. We know well how many dealers are in the CT/MA area, and hopefully the extra work we put into the streamlining of our processes, and the personal attention we strive to give each customer provides better word-of-mouth than anything we could hope to convey in an advertisement. Excellent sales experience at Mitchell

My sales experience was stress free an easy at Mitchell. Josh Fields an the entire staff at Mitchell Subaru take the time to take care of each customer like they are family. There was no pressure to buy, but they did sell me the exact vehicle I asked them for. Love my new Impreza thank you!

Great first new car buying experience

Had a very comfortable buying experience. No pressure from sales people. Josh did a great job of answering questions. He made me feel very comfortable and made the buying process easy. He got me the exact car I wanted. This was my first time buying a new car.
