friendly, professional service staff

I have purchased 4 vehicles over the past 15 years from Mitchell Subaru and take my car there for all it's service needs, Vinny is great, he listens to my concerns, answers my questions, calls me with updates and even picked me up at the Canton shopping center when I had too much to carry back to the dealership. As a single woman I could be an easy "mark" at some service shops but I always get fair quotes and I know my repairs are done right the first time, They always notify me of recalls, provide a loaner vehicle when applicable, and are just all around provide a great service experience.

Twice as happy these days

I Buy my Subaru's at Mitchells and I service them at Mitchells, I have a 2003 Subaru bought new in 2004 at Mitchells, it's still beautiful, in great condition and performs as strong as day one. I have a 2013 Subaru bought new at Mitchells, and I am still very happy going there. In fact I think they have gotten better and better with each year, we are delighted. Excellent Subaru service

This is my second Subaru and I've had great service every time. Estimates of cost are always provided at check-in & estimates of the time needed for the service are accurate.

GREAT dealership!

My husband and I just bought a 2014 Forester and had a GREAT experience working with Joe Cabrera. He listened to us, got us everything we wanted in the car and worked with us to get us in the price range we needed for monthly payments. He's down to earth, has a great sense of humor and made the entire experience pleasant. We also worked with Spiro who did our financing. Again, great personality and great sense of humor. Overall we're very pleased with our new car, would recommend the dealership to anyone and will go back in the future.

A pleasant experience is just one of the things that Joe, Spiro and all our staff look to ensure, Lori, and we're glad you got it all. With '14 Foresters being so in demand at the moment, and us scrambling to keep enough of them in stock to meet all our CT drivers' wishes, it's great that you were able to drive off in the one you wanted!

Excellent sales team and Service Dept.

I have been a Mitchell customer for 10 years. I bought a new 2003 Subaru Forester there and, just a few days ago, a used 2010 Forester. The sevice dept. gave my 2003, ten years of excellent service. , Nick Hurley helped me find the 2010 Forester that I was looking for. He is an excellent sales person, very knowledgeable and a great person to work with. The whole sales experience went very smoothly and everyone I worked with was very helpfull. I was amazed that I was able to take the 2010 home the same day.

Great experience - we'll be repeat customers!

Drew F was a great salesman to work with. He was down to earth and realistic from the start, and was careful to make sure that the deal fit our needs. This was a refreshing change from another dealership we had met with recently. We told him what our needs and our budget were, which car we were interested in, and he was able to make it all fit. He even stayed late to make sure we were satisfied with the car we had selected. Greg in finance was great to work with also, having everything very organized for a quick and easy pick up. Both Drew and Greg worked hard to create the exact car buying experience we had hoped to find. We'll definitely be back, and will be telling people about Mitchell Subaru until we are.

We'd like to thank you in return, Carly & Chris, for taking the time and driving the extra few miles to work with us. It's reassuring to know that all the team you met with, from Drew in sales to Greg in the finance office were examples of the sort of personalized and precise attention we give to every customer. We may not be the loudest voice in the market, with balloons and spotlights to gather attention, but we hope that instead, a positive experience and good word-of-mouth is more effective!

Outstanding Service

Excellent Experience

We recently leased a 2014 Legacy, and the experience we had with sales representative Nate Hurley was probably the most comfortable and stress-free one we've had since we bought our first car nearly 40 years ago. That's high praise! Nate was helpful, informative and honest throughout the sale, and we'll definitely ask for him the next time we're in the market. We'll certainly recommend him to our friends, also.
