Hoffman Lexus

Had all four tires replaced at Hoffman dealership. When I left, the tire pressure warning light was on and the display showed dashes instead of pressure readings. I immediately called and was told that a sensor battery must have “died.” Strange timing considering the sensors were working before the vehicle went into the dealership and suddenly failed after several hours there. What was most disappointing was the dealership’s lack of accountability. No one checked the sensors before returning the car to me, which forced me to waste work time bringing the vehicle back. Despite the issue occurring while the car was in their care, the only resolution offered was a $50 discount toward a repair bill totaling over $1,000. Honesty, integrity, and customer service are not what I experienced here. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent customer service everytime with my oil change. Will definitely recommend this location for sales or service.

⸻ I left the service center with a new scratch on my new car that definitely wasn’t there before. I understand they take photos prior to service, but they should also take them afterward—because it’s clear that someone working on the vehicle caused a small, fine scratch that didn’t exist when I brought it in. Also, the waiting area experience wasn’t great. There was a woman in the lounge talking on speakerphone very loudly for about 30 minutes straight. It was disruptive, and I feel like a manager should have stepped in and asked her to take the call outside to maintain a more comfortable environment for everyone.

Monica was efficient, informative, communicative, pleasant and easy to do business with. I look forward to working with her in the future.

TOM RYAN! What a loss to this dealership. My daughter and I both bought our vehicles here at Hoffman Lexus with Tom Ryan in East Hartford. It’s awful that the best car dealer is no longer at this location😡 but we are happy he is still in business at a better location and we are on our way to purchase our 3rd vehicle with the best dealer TOM RYAN!!!!
