Fantastic service, helped me figure out my lease transfer from start to finish, and even gave me great service on the new tech in my car and gave me a no-nonsense treatment. Very happy with my first time here!

I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with the service department at this dealership and would not recommend them. I brought my car in because of uneven tire wear on the front two tires and a squeaking noise over bumps. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, they gave me a vague explanation that didn’t make much sense, claiming “rusty struts” were causing the tire wear, yet they didn’t even perform a tire alignment or provide any clear proof of what was causing the tire wear. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on new front brakes and struts, saying those were causing the noise, without showing anything definitive. What made the situation worse was when I mentioned that I had a lifetime powertrain warranty from a different dealer. The contract I signed for it clearly states that any Subaru dealership in America will honor it. When I mentioned it, the told me right off the rip that they don’t honor it at all and that I would have to return to the Subaru dealership that I got the car at. Even though the issue was not involved with the powertrain, I left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth and immediately called Subaru corporate, which shouldn’t be necessary for something this basic. Overall, it felt like they were guessing and more focused on selling expensive repairs than actually diagnosing the problem correctly or helping the customer. I left without real answers and had to schedule another appointment elsewhere to get a proper inspection. I tried calling the service manager to have a conversation about this but I just kept hearing how he “wasn’t available”. I wasted 180$ on a diagnostic fee that got me nowhere at all. If you’re looking for honesty, transparency, and proper service, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
