Had both our cars serviced recently. Jason is a great service advisor. He is very knowledgable. He is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. The work was done in a timely manner and the video provided y the service tech was very helpful in understanding the car's issues.

Had to wait 18 minutes to pay my bill.

Had to wait 18 minutes to pay my bill. I ran the bell and even reach out to one of the technicians for assistance and was told the cashier was on a call. Unacceptable to have to wait 18 minutes to pay a bill.
