Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I had called for Nissan Road Assistance because my battery died. They temporarily took care of it, but recommended getting a new battery asap, based on the results of the battery's strength that their machine showed. When I had the car brought to Nissan (I had it towed there because I was too nervous to drive it with my son in it), I was told that their battery results were fine, and that it passed their test. Nissan's representative, Tyler, told me that they wouldn't be able to replace the battery, since the results weren't negative and even said that he believes that the machine that the Nissan Road Assistance guy used was faulty. Now, two weeks after my warranty is up, I need a new battery and am getting one from AAA, which is cheaper. The timing is ironic and the fact that I was refused for it to be changed, so close to my warranty being up and after I shared how concerned I am about driving with my son in it, is just very upsetting.
