After shopping around for about a month and a half and feeling taken advantage of by other dealerships, this was a refreshing change. Andrew was honest, patient, and never pushy. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. I have had a great experience with this dealership.

I have had a great experience with this dealership. So much so, that I regret buying my car from another dealership. I did not have the same experience with them as far as Jeep Chrysler goes: they've gained a customer with me for not only service, but for new business as well.

you need to stay on top of all repairs.

you need to stay on top of all repairs. we are still hearing a strange sound when the car is starting up. the warranty is completed on the car but I do have a concern about this new sound. We do not want anymore expenses added to this vehicle for repairs . once the extended warranty is completed the expense is due by the customer including the service estimate.

I service this vehicle all the time with your center. why we have a new sound is unknown to us. I cannot except anymore expenses to this vehicle. This should have been heard when it was picked up after service. It is like the car is running with the key turned off. It is not a battery concern. It is something since it was serviced last.
