I needed a new Key fob and Mike kept me up to date as to when it would be delivered. Also had an issue with the tire sensor or the front right tire. The tires are brand new from Firestone, Mike recommended I go back to Firestone and have them address the issue instead of charging me an unnecessary bill for Wallingford Dodge to look at it. I appreciated that very much.

Everybody at Executive Dodge Jeep Ram are awesome, from Sales to Service to Management, they’re all great people who get business done and do it in a professional, easy and fun way.
