I went to the dealership to check on a tapping noise in my ram 1500. Executive found that there were metal pieces in the oil filter. been grinding of the Bearings meant that the engine was bad. Even though the truck was only seven years old with 80,000 miles on it. Chrysler /Ram replacement would cost me $14,000. Although it did take a little while, with no loaner vehicle available - Mike was very forthright and forthcoming with all the costs and what the problems were.. i’m overall very pleased with the service and would recommend Executive Ram/Jeep to anyone buying a vehicle or getting one repaired.

Mike got my car in within 24 hours of my call after my A/C stopped working on a very hot day....he addressed everything that needed to be fixed and service the car while I was there. Absolutely the best service, from him and the mechanics that worked on my car

Got an oil change, and recall issue, taken care of in one shot. Appointment happened on time, and my wait time was less than expected. Krystle and Andrew both stopped by the waiting room to say hello as well. Very pleased.
