Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I initially called to schedule a diagnosis before bringing my Jeep in, so I eventually decided to just bring it in anyway. Then, while my Jeep was at the dealership over the weekend waiting for a part, I called multiple times the following Monday to check in and get an update on pickup time, and still couldn’t get an answer. After repeated attempts, I finally got someone on the line, only to be told they couldn’t even find me in the system because my Jeep was under another name. I was later called and told everything was all set and the repair was complete, but after paying nearly $1,000, my check engine light is still on when I picked the vehicle up nothing was mentioned when the tech called and told me the Jeep was all set and ready for pick up. Since it was after hours, I couldn’t reach the service department at pickup. I called again the next day and once again got no answer. I even texted the number the tech had been communicating with me from and still haven’t received a response. Very disappointed with the communication and overall experience. I’ll be taking my Jeep elsewhere for future service.
