Overall my time spent at GH was great the process of buying my car went smooth the right information was given to me where i was able to recieve..they open up my eye to this new way of life which was leasing..and help me to accomplish my goal for the new year to get a new car without the hassel and disappointment. The staff was easy going and friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. Service was quite efficient.

I've been a loyal BMW driver for the past 15+ years, but one step into Harte Infiniti and I was quickly converted to an Infiniti owner. Ed, John and Igor all made my decision making and purchase an extremely smooth and seamless process. I've had my car just over a week and I'm so happy I made the decision to buy an Infiniti from Harte...I highly recommend this dealership, I couldn't be happier with my experience!

QX60 2017
My wife and I were in the market for a new car, and we came into the dealership and was greeted by Hanley, he walked us through the options available, and my wife was dead set on the QX60 by the time we left. A few weeks later I called into the dealership to get the transaction done, but he was on vacation. My wife insisted that if Hanley does not handle the transaction, she was not interested anymore based on how he took time to explain about the car she feel in love with. When he returned, the transaction went smootly, and she drives the 2017 QX60 now with style. Let's just say happy wife, more golf for me in the summer :)

Worst dealer ever
I bought a 2014 vechile with just about 28k on the odometer. Thank goodness I have the original warranty still on the SUV. When I was buying the SUV I was told that a completed inspection was made on the car by Henley my sales person. Asked my saeperson to have a vibration looked at by the sisiter Nissan dealer across the street due to a vibration at idle. He informed me he did. He lied to me from day one. I am shocked that the SUV has an oil leak, the car was not clean to my satisfaction during delivery and he couldn't find the spare keys to the SUV. As of yet I still don't have the keys What troubles me the most is that I have put two phone calls in Mr Harte but he seems to busy to call back a first time but happy customer This dealer lies and gives lip sync to sell a car Go to any dealer but George Harte Owning the car less then one week it's headed into the shop. Glad I have another car

Great experience
I was in need of trading in my 2014 qx60 for a new car. I called to make an appointment and Henley was able to give me an appointment the same day. When I came in he was very customer-friendly and willing to assist me with choicing my next car . Within 2hours, he helped me find the car of my choice, new color, special features and for a good price. By the weekend, I was signing paperwork for my new 2016 q50. Henley was very patient with explaining all the special features and details of my new car. He made certain that all my questions were answered and that I fully understood every detail of my car. He is an excellent salesman and appears to be very dedicated to his position. I would refer him to all of my colleagues and friends . Great Job Henley 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

I recently purchased a vehicle at George Harte Infiniti and found the overall experience extremely positive and enjoyable . Rich Yonkers is a professional who is knowledgeable and able to expedite the entire process from the initial phone contact to driving out of the dealership In my new car a pleasant and efficient process. I had never owned an Infiniti before and was originally thinking of switching to an Audi after owning Saabs and Volvos but I am now a convert ! I love my Infiniti and it performs as promised. I look forward to continuing my relationship with George Harte Infiniti in the future when it is time for a new car again!

Stay Away!
I have never been treated so poorly or lied to more than when I purchased my Infiniti from George Harte. Between Ed (my salesman) and Igor/John, the sales managers, I have never experience such incompetency. These guys are the epitome of lying, dishonest, gimmicky car salesmen. Ed wouldn't know an alternator from an intake. He didn't know anything about the car itself when I asked some pretty standard things. They told me at the time of purchase that they went and did tons of service on the car to get it up to CPO standards....I go to find out 2 months later that I am due for a $400 service that Ed didn't think to warn me about at the time of purchase. He even implied that something due so soon would have been handled by them when they "went a did a bunch of service to get the car ready for CPO". I go to find out that they didn't actually service anything. I had Devan Infiniti check the service records; they didn't find any service performed. Not even a lightbulb was changed. Ed lied.....when confronted about this, John told me he would do the service for around $350. WOW what a bargain. Devan comped me $50 off their quote and I obviously had the service done there. Fast forward to today, when I am reregistering my car in another state. I go to find that Ed cross threaded one of the license plate screws and I need it drilled out by a mechanic (and will be charged for half an hour of labor)....The headaches never end! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS. Devan is a much better option. Anywhere else is a much better than these clowns. You might find a cheaper car here but you CLEARLY get what you pay for. That price break comes at the cost of quality customer service. Devan offers free oil changes, free hand washes with every service, they have a courtesy shuttle and these are all things that George Harte doesn't offer. I would avoid them altogether but buyers beware. 1 Star I would never purchase a car from here again.
