These negative reviews regarding George and his team are completely harsh and I disagree with them completely! 1) These guys are honest and fair i.e. I bought my qx60 from them for a below-market price and it's a great ride for work and family! 2) Joe Finelli - this guy is honest, old school and takes the time to get you in the right ride. This is my second purchase from him and I will continue to give him my business because of the way he delivers customer service! He doesn't feel like he is trying to sell you something but rather an old friend taking the time to educate you on their options that fit your needs. This is priceless for my buying experience!!! 3)George and the service team are on top of things, and easy to work with. They provided me with a test drive and offer vehicle- loaners to use if the repair warrants it. They also stay on top of any warranty or recall issues and take that stress off my plate. 3) John, as a manager he is doing a nice job employing staff whom are honest and all about the customer service.
