Senior Applications Expert

Our sales rep was awesome (James Cianciolo). We have purchased two trucks from your dealership and my son purchased one as well. My wife and I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and always felt defensive and molested. Working with James was a pleasure, honest, low pressure, knowledgeable and very very helpful.

Found my new car using cars.com app

I was able to purchase my new car from out of state with just a few phone calls and emails after finding the car using the cars.Com app. Drove over on a Saturday handed over the keys to my old car and within 40 minutes drove out with a brand new car. Thanks Greg

Stay Away!!!

I was an out of state purchase. All terms of the deal were agreed upon and the time and date of delivery was established days before I made the trip to pick it up. I arrive at the agreed upon time and everything went downhill from there. In hindsight, I should have walked away the moment I entered the dealership! After a 4 hour trip there and another waiting for me on the way home, they told me that the car was "still being cleaned and prepped"....they had 3 days to accomplish this task and apparently waited until I walked through the door to begin it! After going to lunch and doing some idle shopping to kill the 3 1/2 hours they had me waiting, the car was "done". Not sure what took 3 1/2 hours because the car was in no way, what one would call "delivery shape". After sitting down to go over the paperwork, some of the terms of the deal were "missing" (Red flag #2) and we had to go over everything to ensure nothing else was omitted. Now I know buying a car is never an easy process but this was excessive to a point way beyond frustration. I get the car home and 2 days later start having issues. I call the dealership to see how to address them and get connected to the sales manager Nick. This guy is a smug xxxxx from the second he gets on the phone. I begin to explain the issues and he cuts me off mid-sentence and says “well if you’re having a problem just bring it in and we’ll see if there is something we can do”. I respond in kind and say “well if you had let me finish, you would know that I was an out of state purchase and looking to see how to address the issues without wasting another full day of my time.” Not missing a beat, he responded in a sarcastic and completely unprofessional tone and says “well if you’re not willing to come in then I don’t see how this is our problem”. I would love to know who put this schmuck in charge of customer satisfaction….I’m sure the owners of the dealership would be pleased. I could go on and on with what I have had to do to rectify all of the problems stemming from the incompetence I have encountered at Blasius but I feel this is warning enough to any perspective consumers. I sincerely hope anyone who still buys from them has a far experience than I.

Extremely Satisfied Customer

James Cianciolo, John Kelly and Steve Barone were very professional and very helpful in getting us into our 2017 Tahoe. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. James was very knowledgeable and thorough when going over this vehicle with us. I would highly recommend these individuals and dealership to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a car.

Awesome experience from beginning to end on

I just purchased the Cadillac XT5 and the sales rep Lawrence Perry who I dealt with from my first online inquiry to the day I signed the papers and picked it up was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle understood my circumstances and held true to his word that he was going to make me a deal so that I didn't need to go to another dealer to check it out. He held true to his word we went to look at the car and signed the papers that day. He was truly awesome even with the 15 or so text messages I kept sending him before the final day. The only thing I had to complain about what's trade-in value. I think they could have done better than what they did even Book value what's a little higher than what they gave us. I would recommend this dealership mainly Lawrence Perry, hands down to anyone. Thank you for an awesome experience and putting me into the car of my dreams.

Ver busy

Service department is very busy. Seems like communication can get lost quickly. My vehicle was back burnered and had to wait almost 2 weeks to get an answer
