I am 65 years old and have purchased many automobiles in...

I am 65 years old and have purchased many automobiles in my day but buying my new Honda CRV was a most pleasurable experience. My sales person, Mary Rycerz could not have been more professional. She took a sincere interest in helping me make my buying decision. She was patient and never pushy. She was knowledgeable about Honda product, and most of all she gave me the best price than any of her competitors. She never once used the worn out pharase, "What will it take to make you buy a car today." That to me is a real turnoff. Also, she was the only sales person that gave me a purchase price in writing. None of the other dealers did that and continued to play games. She also gave me a fair trade-in. Mary is the kind of person you just feel like doing business with. And as far as dealer service I couldn't be more satisfied. You know, buying a new car should be a fun experience, not a hassle. That's why my final decision was to choose O' Hare Honda and Mary Rycerz, and believe me, I have no regrets.

After shopping around between Nissan's and...

After shopping around between Nissan's and Honda's. Adolfo brought me to realize that Honda's were far better cars. Got me into my new Accord which I love so far. He showed me how to set up my phone, Which when I talked to my co-workers and there new car purchases, not many sales people do. That was a extra step which help transistion the new car purchase smootly. Thanks adlofo.

Buyer Beware!!!

I went in this place to buy a used Hyundai Santa Fe. This place had one in stock, color I wanted and everything. Test drive was good, look at the body panels, under the hood, everything was looking good. The Salesman and I even worked out a price. Then the used car sales manager comes around and says they 'made a mistake' and then adds $2000 to the sale price. I asked him if it was a joke and he got irate with me. I will not be spoken to disrespectfully so I left. I found a similar Santa Fe, a year newer with similar mileage, so I bought from a private party. This used car sales manager is as unprofessional as they come.

Stay away from this place - it oozes dishonest and...

Stay away from this place - it oozes dishonest and disrespectful! I had made a few phone calls and began to negotiate on a particular car. The salesman I worked with was Anatoly (Al) P. (he used to be at Carrs Honda). Finally, after several call backs from him "checking in" on me and the status of my car purchase, I called back on Saturday afternoon to see if the car was still available. When I learned that it was, I told him I would drive right over for a test drive. Prior to hanging up, I told "Al" I'd see him in about 20-30 minutes. So I arranged for childcare for my youngest kids and took my oldest with me. When we showed up to the dealership, Al greeted me and we walked off into the parking lot together, presumably to test drive this very car I came out to see. 10 seconds later he turned and said, "oh, I think that car just sold." I expressed my utter disbelief that car which had been there 20 minutes earlier sold and disappeared off the lot so quickly. He went to "double check" and when he came out informed me that in that 20 minute period the "owner's wife" stopped by the dealership and borrowed the car for the weekend. Unbelievable! Obviously the car wasn't there when I called and this @ss just didn't value my time enough to actually check on it. Straight up liars (which I know is not a total shock from a car dealership)...I will never go back.

O'Hare Honda proved to be the best experience ever...

O'Hare Honda proved to be the best experience ever when purchasing a new car. Everyone was friendly & it wasn't the "typical car salesman" experience.

I have purchased 5 cars at O’Hare Honda in the past 8 years. The car buying experience was actually really good with the salesman coming out to swap my trade in for the car I was buying. I thought that was a pretty nice touch. Thank you - Steve Foresta you are the real deal. The service department was great, competent and professional. Oil changes and maintenance is quick and trouble free. They have free coffee and wifi. Very convenient, since you can work while waiting for the service to complete. Well Done Bruce !!
