Love my Hyundai and the folks at O'hare Auto Group

Recently had 3000 mile oil change and service to my leased 2010 Sonata. Chris at Hyundai service always greets me by name and takes awesome care of me. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. Even walking through the showroom looking at the new cars while I waited Steve, the GM, stopped to say hello and made sure I was being taken care of. I love this dealership, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car purchase or service. My lease is up in the spring and I will be leasing my next Hyundai from Ohare Auto Group. Thanks guys for making it easy! Keep up the great work!

Excellent Customer Service!

I absolutely love this place! I purchased my Honda from O'Hare Honda 3 yrs ago; I have never experienced any issues with my car but have always gone back to this dealership for routine maintenance and oil changes. There are a multitude of serice stations that I can choose to go to, but the excellent customer service always draws me back to O'Hare Honda. It may seem silly to choose a dealership to perform a routine oil change; however, with every oil change, free roadside assistance is provided as well as a free car wash! Not something I was ever even offered from the local "quick lube". When I arrive to the service area, I am greeted by Juan who is always genuinely smiling and such a charming man to talk to. While waiting for my car to be serviced, there is a nice and clean waiting area with free Starbucks coffee or tea, should you choose, along with leather seating. The General Manager, Steven Foresta, has always been most helpful and has always made me feel confident that no item has been overlooked or surpassed. Typically a day or two after my service, the service manager will personally call to ask if my service expectations were met. All in all, I would most definitely would recommend this dealership to all my friends (and I have)! O'Hare Honda is very clean and friendly, they most certainly take pride in the great customer service that they provide.

I walked in not really ready to buy a car but eveyone...

I walked in not really ready to buy a car but eveyone went out of their way to make a deal that I could work with and I was overwhelmed with the friendliness and helpfullness of everyone. Stan Soczynski and Brian Parrish were phonemenal in their helpfullness and willingness to get a deal for me that I could handle financially. I could not be happier with them and am recommending them to everyone I know.

I already recommended this dealership to many people. I have been looking to purchase a new 2012 CRV and the customer service I received from them is definitely 5 stars. They were way out in front of many dealers I contacted -especially Schaumburg Honda which is about 2miles from we're I live. Gina gets right back to you no matter what time it is -I'm thinking she never sleeps:). I work in HR and would hire her in a minute-oh, you too Adolpho! Thank you I love my CRV!

Shahbaz Sheikh is the best thing that happened to Honda...

Shahbaz Sheikh is the best thing that happened to Honda car sales...and O'Hare Honda gave us the best service we were looking for. This is based from the experience my husband and I had scouting for a good Honda Pilot over the Chicago area in several Honda dealerships. Believe me, we were already getting frustrated and about to give up hope in finding the best possible used Honda Pilot. And we found one in very mint condition at O'Hare Honda. And Shahbaz sold it to us. He is very professional, knows what he is selling, very well-informed, very helpful, friendly and accomodating and most of all, he is very efficient in processing the sale of the Pilot we found. Another man we are so fond of is Mr. Brion Parrish who happens to be in charge of the papers and finance. He is very helpful and efficient just like Shahbaz. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with the service of O'Hare Honda from the moment we stepped in to the moment we drove home with our new used Honda Pilot. I highly recommend Shabahz Sheikh to everyone looking for the best car and best service!

This is the best experience I have ever had working with...

This is the best experience I have ever had working with a dealer on an auto repair! They repaired a manufacturer defect and were extremely efficient in preforming routine maintenance at my convenience. Will be happy to take my car in for service in the future.

First visit Shahbaz Sheikh welcomed my son and I promptly and very calming. He seemed to inquire with all the right questions and offered many choices on hand. I offered to him to let us look around if he needed to attend to other potential customers and he stated that he was more then willing to stay by our side until our visit was over, and he did. We left with many questions answered and stating to Shahbaz that we will return another day. Shahbaz stated he would be on vacation the following week but feel free to still contact him on his vacation or some else at the dealership. Well, I did return to the dealership during his vacation (and didn't want to contact him on his vacation but planned on him being the initial salesman) to inquire some more about an Accord. While there I walked around outside on my own for awhile and then sat in the middle of the showroom waiting area unattended. It was obvious that they were very busy, but yet no one offered any assistance for almost 20 minutes. I then left the store somewhat disappointed that I was unable to speak with anyone. But again, they were busy and I'm sure there was an assumption that I was already taken care of. After informing Shahbaz of this in an email and that I was disappointed, he returned with a phone call to me, deeply apologizing. He offered prompt assistance, understood if I felt like not returning, and if I didn't return that he hoped I would not leave with a bad attitude torwards Ohare Honda and that what happened was very unusual and a fluke. He was sincere because he wasn't worried about loosing a sale, but that I was offended and he just wanted to correct that on the behalf of Ohare Honda. He did correct it with perfect mannerisms, mostly for such a young man. I was very impressed with his total maturity and demeanor. He is going places! Well, he sold me a brand new 2012 Honda Accord. Shahbaz had to pull me out of a negative zone that was not of his doing (or really no one elses for that part) and bring me up to a very positive zone and sell me a car on top of that. Great work! So, I feel Ohare Honda earns their reputation of a caring dealership. Also, Andrew Tomlinson and Marc Brescia were very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with.

I called the dealership inquiring about a car that I saw online. I spoke to Shahbaz about the car and he was very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for in a car. Throughout the entire process, Shahbaz was extremely helpful, caring, and professional. I didn't feel pressured or as though I was being "schmoozed" at all, like I had at other dealerships in the area. I would without a doubt recommend both O'Hare Honda and Shahbaz- he truly revolutionized my car-buying experience.

I received an online quote for a new fit form Gina at...

I received an online quote for a new fit form Gina at O'Hare Honda and was planning on a purchase later in the summer or early fall. Unexpectedly my car needs changed and Gina set up an appointment for me to meet with Shahbaz in less than 3 hours time. Shahbaz was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my car buying needs (tight budget and a desire for a fuel efficient car). He was knowledgeable about the Fit and answered all my questions thoroughly. I wanted to stick with a basic model (I specified not wanting extra things to break) and never felt pressured to add options to the car. When I finished my test drive which was after 7 PM instead of being told to come back tomorrow, Shahbaz started the purchase paperwork and stayed at the dealership ( until 10:30 PM)to switch my license plates and even help move my belongings from one car to the other. I haven't purchased a new car in 10 years, but I can say that I have never been treated with as much courtesy as I was today. Any and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I absolutely would recommend Shahbaz to my friends at O'Hare or any other dealership
