I bought my car from this dealership and currently live...

I bought my car from this dealership and currently live out of state i blew a fuse in my car and the radio security went out. With my busy schedule i had no time to stop at a dealership mark walked me through 3 different steps and was even able to retrieve my radio code to make sure it was done right and got the radio back working and got me back on the road definately recomend mark and this dealership.

Mark is terrific! He is always so professional, helpful, prompt with call backs, and right there to greet me when car is ready for pickup! I aprreciate how he values my time and is proactive with letting me know the items that may need to be replaced at certain mileage points! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!!!!!

I worked with Gary when I was shopping for my car. He...

I worked with Gary when I was shopping for my car. He looked out for my best interests and was there to help me find the car I wanted. He listened to what I said and made appropriate recommendations. He even drove with me back home after I decided not to trade in one of my cars and brought me back to the dealership so I could drive my new car home. That was Above and Beyond considering how busy it was that day. I would like to thank him again for all his help.

I've been going to O'hare Honda for years and usually...

I've been going to O'hare Honda for years and usually look for Mark when I go. He is always helpful and is sincere with his recommendations for service. I usually ask him how long I can go without getting the service done and he's been honest and upfront with his suggestions. When I had some problems with my Civic, he even got me a loaner car so I could go to work the next day. I appreciate his help and recommend the work he does at O'hare Honda.

I have had my cars serviced for the past 9 years at OHare...

I have had my cars serviced for the past 9 years at OHare Honda. Mark is is my service rep and will always ask for him! Talk about great service and follow through. He is the reason I keep coming back. I know my 2001 and 2008 Honda's will be taken care off. Mark is the best!
