I would buy another car from Ohare Honda the service was great, all the employees were as helpful as possible. The finance dept. was quick and easy. My dealer Mike was so easy going and did not push us into something we didn't want. Honda Ohare really went the extra mile to make my husband and I very happy.

All staff were very friendly and informative, but at no time did my wife or I feel manipulated or pressured to do anything. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this dealership.

I recently Purchased Beautiful Great condition very low mileage Loaded up, Honda Pilot from Ohare Honda in Des Plaines, Il. I must say I've had a really good overall experience. I got the suv I wanted at a good deal & it didn't take too long. Derrick W. my salesman & Ted were very helpful & Derrick especially has gone out of his way to make sure I'm happy & satisfied. He & the used car manager & general manager have taken care of any & all concerns to help make me a satisfied, happy & now loyal returning customer for my next purchase in 2-3 years. I have referred my co-workers & mother-in law to this dealer for their next vehicle purchase as I do anyone else looking for a dealership that really does put the customer first! I am sold!

I started the process of finding and purchasing my 2012...
I started the process of finding and purchasing my 2012 Honda Fit Sport, black, with a manual transmission, with internet salesman Kevin Rooney. This car was not available anywhere, so I knew I'd have to wait a month or two to have it delivered. I offered and got a fair price, and Kevin kept in touch with me about estimated delivery times. I never felt pressured or manipulated. I went in to leave a deposit and met Job Alex, who was again friendly and efficient. I was kept up to date on the expected delivery date of the Fit-especially important because our 12-year-old Subaru was about to give up the transmission ghost. The tsunami in Japan was the reason for the initial delay, then the flooding situation, and it looked like it would be an additional month before we got our car. Alex and his manager proactively worked out a trade with another dealer who had just gotten "our" car in, and we got it weeks ahead of the estimate. The sales transaction was smooth and included no surprises. Job seemed genuinely excited for us when he showed us our new car, and it was PERFECT. Not a scratch, raindrop or speck of dust. The only negative was in the financing office. I had made it clear from the start that we had a loan in place from our credit union, our credit was not great, and I wasn't interested in exploring dealer financing. They ran my credit anyway and kept us in the office longer than was necessary. PS-no one wants rustproofing! Overall, I would heartily recommend O'Hare Honda. I have bought several new cars and this was far and away the most (only?) pleasant experience I've had. Very pleased to have chosen this dealer, and with our Fit. Thanks, Kevin and Job.

Gina, the internet sales person, said they would match another dealer's email quote. But when I got there, the price was $700 higher. This was a complete waster of my time.

I purchased my first car ever in 2007 from Adolfo, it was...
I purchased my first car ever in 2007 from Adolfo, it was a used Chevy. He shared excitement for me that I was getting my first car and took wonderful care of me and made sure the car was detailed. Last night I went in to get a brand new 2012 Honda Civic Ex and had the privilege of working with Adolfo again. John worked with me to make sure I could get what I wanted for what I could afford and Marc in finance helped me get through the paperwork as fast as possible. Once everything was done Adolfo showed me how to use everything in the car and made sure I understood all the stuff (I was rather confused with all the new settings). I'm very happy with my brand new car and I will remain a very loyal O'Hare customer.

Excellent Experience
We purchased a 2012 CRV last week and had an excellent experience. From walking in and meeting a sales manager to working with our sales rep, Derek. We had a toddler with us and they did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. They gave us a fair price for the new vehicle and a fair price for our trade-in. The process was quick, too! Thank you, O'hare Honda. We will recommend you to others.

I have been using the services of this dealer for a...
I have been using the services of this dealer for a number of years, and by and large I have been satisfied. My experience today, however, was particularly pleasant and satisfactory. My old car had developped a major problem and I thought I had better get a new one. Shahbaz approached me with a very friendly attitude and assisted me in locating the car that I wanted, for a price that was affordable for me. He continued to work with me for many hours--we took the car out for a test drive, he took pains to explain the details of the deal, and stayed with me until the job was done and I was able to drive away with the new car. He even helped me transfer not onley the license plates, but all the stuff I had collected in the old car, to the new car. He also spent some time to explain to me the details of the new features of the new car. No doubt Shahbaz has a very promising future in whatever field he decides to enter.
