Every step of the process was outstanding. Great service, nice people, got to the point, fast. email of what sent to them I have to thank all of you guys for the outstanding service and attention I received over the last few days. My phone call this morning was a wonderful surprise - put a smile on my face. As you know, I was very concerned with my challenging finance situation....still can't believe you guys pulled that off! Ryan was great every time I brought my Honda Civic for an...
Ryan was great every time I brought my Honda Civic for an oil change. He stated that I should consider turning my car in there and that he could introduce me to a couple of sales people that would help me get the car that I wanted. He also talked to me and shared info about the great things the CRV has to offer. He is always very nice and attentive every time I came in. He introduced me to Mary R and from that point on Mary was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was patient with me and helped me lease the car that I REALLY wanted! She spent time with me figuring out if I had enough credit to lease the car on my own and to get the CRV @ a price that I could afford on a monthly basis. While my car searching journey started in November 2010 it ended in April 2011 with the lease of a CRV. She was patient during that time but checked in with me via phone calls and emails offering her assistance when I wass ready to come in and meet again. She was not PUSHY throughout this experience and for that I was not only impressed, but relieved. I felt comfortable that I could take my time making this big decision in leasing a car that was right for me. SHe helped me find the perfect "fit" for me and I am extremely happy with my CRV. She walked me through the whole process and reassured me during each step that the CRV was a great SUV that I would be happy with! SHe was right!!!! I LOVE my CRV!!!!!! Ohare Honda experience was great from the begining to the end and like I said earlier it started in the customer service department with an oil change. I always leased from McGrath and I knew from talking with Ryan and Mary that I needed to go to O'Hare for this upcoming lease! Thank You both for all your patience and help with guiding me through the leasing process! I will recommend O'Hare Honda to family and friends and will continue to bring CRV for my oil changes and maintainence. Its always a pleasure to see the smiling faces @ O'Hare Honda!

I came in late looking to purchase a new vehicle. Job Alex worked with me to answer all my questions about the Honda Element and other vehicles. He explained the difference between all wheel drive and two wheel drive with traction control. The whole team stayed late so that I could drive away in my new car. Everyone was very profesional and super freindly. I would definetly recommend O'Hare Honda to others.

The service Dept is the only excellent service department...
The service Dept is the only excellent service department there is. No one does a better job and get the job done when promised. i came in for an oil change and David was helping me out and i was in and out in about 25 min maybe even sooner. i also checked out prices on other services and they seem reasonable for the quality of work they do. i will be coming to this dealership more and more often and will tell everyone to come to this dealership for service

My experience at O'Hare Honda has been the best I have ever in my 59 years on this earth as far as purchasing a new car. From the manager, to the salesman, to the loan officer they could not have made the experience any easier and enjoyable. This purchase, a Honda CR-V, was the 6th purchase for our family from O'hare over the past several years, 1 for my wife, 3 for myself, and 2 for our daughter. They are a very local dealer for us, which makes them the first choice for convenience, but over the years, they have kept us as customers because of their service, fairness around pricing, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we're pleased with every aspect of the relationship. In this most recent purchase, we challenged O'hare to find a very popular color and equipment combination on a CR-V at a time when the catastrophe in Japan is limiting parts availability at the factories in the U.S. Our expectation was set at several weeks for delivery, but instead, they were able to locate a car to our surprise in only 2 days. Once again, our expectations have been exceeded and we're already on the road with our new car. Great Customer Service!

This is my second new vehicle I have leased through...
This is my second new vehicle I have leased through O'Hare Honda and it will certainly not be the last. After bringing in my current car for service, I inquired about an offer I had seen displayed in the lobby. It seemed they were looking to buy back used models of the very car I was driving. Luis worked tirelessly with me to get me the best deal and stuck with me through a few bumps we encountered in trying to register my vehicle in another state. In the end, I walked out with a new vehicle, no repair fees, and a lower monthly payment than the one I had previously. Everyone from the porter who brought my car around to the sales manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll be sure to stop back when my lease is up.
