Kevin Rooney's low pressure and courteous approach made my purchase of a 2011 Honda Accord through the Costco program a very pleasant and easy experience. He and Sales Manager Andrew Tomlinson are super-customer focused and they were very responsive to questions I had regarding the closing figures the morning after my purchase.

I have been looking for a used Honda CR-V and after doing quite a bit of research decided I wanted to go to O'Hare Honda. I was not disappointed. My husband and I worked primarily with Shahbaz Sheikh and he made the process very easy and less stressful. We knew which car we wanted and Shahbaz made sure we were informed of all of the features and benefits. He really worked with us to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. He went above and beyond to help us with the trade in and ensure we were able to buy the car that day. I am thrilled with my car and even though I live five minutes away from another Honda dealership, I will be going to O'hare Honda for my future service needs and recommending them to anyone who wants a quality car with outstanding customer service.

Everyone was very friendly and worked really hard to get me the car I wanted and the a deal I could afford. Shahbaz Sheikh was very instrumental in bringing me in and making sure I received the service I deserved. My experience was very appreciated!

I am completely dismayed with the professionalism of the agent. Send me back saying that, the shop is busy. I was not sure which trim I like to buy... So I asked lot of questions regarding different trims. After I was kind of decided, Then asked about the final price. I don't know about the other agents,... But after the treatment I received I am never gonna go back.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 CR-V at O'Hare Honda on February 12, 2011. We had such a good experience that we want to be sure we have an opportunity to sing the praises of O'Hare Honda and of our salesperson, Job Alex. We have purchased other vehicles from O'Hare Honda and always had a good experience. However, this time we went through the Consumer Reports "Build & Buy" service. Our hope was that O'Hare Honda was a participant, and fortunately it was. Gina DiGiacomo from O'Hare's Internet sales group responded with a quote almost immediately. Upon arrival at O'Hare, Job Alex greeted us and took over as our salesperson. He did an excellent job, was helpful with all of our questions, and very patient when we both test drove a couple of times and discussed colors and features, etc. We also felt that Job new everything there was to know about the CR-V and probably the other vehicles at Honda. His knowledge and helpfulness was impressive. Job has also followed up and has encouraged us to call him with questions. The business manager, Marc Brescia, was also very helpful. All in all we couldn't be happier with our purchase experience at O'Hare Honda and with Job's excellent help and patience. Needless to say this is precisely why we will continue to come back to O'Hare Honda (my husband has his eye on the Ridgeline sometime in the next couple of years). We will also continue to recommend O'Hare Honda to friends and family. Thanks much, Patty S.

Needed my usual oil change and had a coupon. First customer service got me an appt right away, then I was greeted by the service writer who was very friendly and outgoing. I had another coupon for a winter inspection which he accepted along with the oil change coupon. He complimented me on my driving habits and said that I still had some time left before the oil change was needed. Upon getting the car, it was washed and very clean and done within the hour while I waited. I got a good price for the service I got and feel like they are taking good care of the car they sold to me.

Their price beat other dealers by a significant amount...

Their price beat other dealers by a significant amount and their internet sales department was very responsive. The combo of the two got us in the door. Their in store sales staff was very pleasant to work with and made sure we knew how everything in the car worked before we drove it off the lot.

One of the hardest things for any consumer to do is to purchase a new vehicle. The negative images of the car saleperson are abundant. Mary Rycerz and the staff at O'Hare Honda made my experience anything but negative. I was treated with the utmost respect. My feelings and concerns were real to Mary and she made that abundantly clear. From the minute I walked in the door to when I left that evening with my new vehicle, my concerns and my satisfaction were her primary focus. She even followed up with me the next day!

I came into this dealership at 3:00 on a Saturday with a...

I came into this dealership at 3:00 on a Saturday with a dead battery. I had a cable jump to get there. Greg checked and said they had 1 battery left for my Honda Civic Hybred, but no service people were left to put it in. He suggested I buy the battery and come back on Monday a.m. Instead while he went to get the one battery left, his partner Jerimy started taking out the old battery himself. Together they had the new one in and me out of there before 4:00. NOW THAT'S SERVICE THAT GOES THE SECOND MILE. I AM SO GRATEFUL. They saved my neck. The Rev. Dr. Howard E.
