Excellent customer service and Erine, the sales person has good knowledge of cars. Would have been a better experience if they had more managers and finance managers to help. I had to wait 4 hours for my turn with finance manager. He was good and provided excellent service. I also got a good finance rate which I was hoping for.

Most of my previous car-buying experiences have been long and arduous. I told my sales consultat Jane Cigir at the start that I enjoyed buying a car about as much as pulling my own teeth with rusty pliers. My Dec. 29 experience at O'Hare Honda with Jane (and Marc in the business office) was by far the most pleasant I have ever had. She was pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked into the dealership, which was very busy that day. She asked me the right questions to determine what features were important to me. We took a test drive, picked a color and started the process. I'm now driving a beautiful new 2011 Accord. It was quick and virtually stress-free, which I cannot say has ever been the case before over more than 3 decades of car buying in 5 states. I will enthusiastically recommend Jane Cigir and O'Hare Honda to any of my friends in the future and know that they will be treated well.

From the minute I entered the Service Department everyone was friendly and helpful. I explained to Dave Kingdon what I needed and when he was finished he went over what he did to the car, why and what would be needed in the future. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled.

The service staff at O'Hare Honda are wonderful folks. Char has been there for years and treats you like family. Greg Czub was so conscientious, explaining all that was done--and it was just an oil change and general service!! Just great people who treat customers well.

Very impressive showroom and amenities-wifi, laptops, starbucks, comfortable furniture, etc. It was nice to see staff well dressed and with a well balanced a sense of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine friendliness. I feel like they were able to give me a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. Plus, they have an outstanding service plan for new purchases. In my mind, it seemed that O'Hare Honda was more of a model dealership than what you would normally find in the real world. O'Hare Honda set the bar for my buying experience!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Worst car buying experience I have ever had!! Sales game playing at its highest form. Acted like I should be thankful that they were willing to sell to me. Tried to pass off a basically used car (5800 miles on it) as a demo. Ended up going elsewhere.
