When I purchased my Honda Civic in 2009, I somehow ended up without an owner's manual. Although I had not really needed it, I did feel that it would be a useful reference, so I mentioned it to Ryan when I arrived for a routine service visit. I also mentioned that I would be happy with either a printed copy or simply a URL link to a Web version of the manual. While I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the waiting room and made use of O'Hare Honda's wireless access to get some work done, Ryan was able to locate a PDF version of the manual and ultimately email it to me. When I left, not only had my service work been completely in a timely manner, I also had received the PDF file in my email, opened it, searched for and found an item of interest (how to program the automatic door locks). Thanks to Ryan's willingness to go above and beyond, I now have a copy of the manual on my PC as well as on a CD in the glove compartment of my car - better in many ways than having the printed version. I may copy it to my smart phone, as well. All around - a great job by this dealership and its staff!

We were referred to O'Hare Honda through the Costco new car buying program and were very pleased with the entire experience. The price was very reasonable and the people at the dealership were all very accommodating. I would recommend the Costco program and O'Hare Honda without hesitation.

I was so very impressed with O'Hare Honda and especially Adolfo Roman who handled the sale. He was personable, friendly, not the least bit pushy, and I think he knows everything there is to know about Hondas (and alot of other cars as well). Honestly, I have always approached buying a new car with dread, but the time I spent at O'Hare Honda was nothing like I have experienced at dealerships before. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and I urge you to ask for Adolfo -- you will get what you want, you will get a fair price, you will get your questions answered, and you will leave feeling like you've made a new friend!

O'Hare Honda was a very hassle free environment. Adolfo gave me all the information I needed to know about the car. Best of all, they had the car in stock. Other dealers were giving me a 2-3 week lead time for this car. I thank everyone at O'Hare Honda for the great price and for having the vehicle in stock.

The service was great--I really needed a car and the salesmen were less pushy than at another dealership. They even stayed with me after the store closed to do all the paperwork, without rushing me. I wouldn't have expected that. They try very hard to be friendly and even sent follow-up e-mails to see how I like the car. I love Hondas so I have no complaints about the quality. This was my first new car, and overall the experience was very painless. Much better than I've had with used cars, which I've always had to keep bringing in for constant maintainance. I used to take my cars to dingy body shops to have work done. I'd have to leave my car overnight and I was always nervous I was getting ripped off. When I brought my car in for scheduled maintainance at the dealer, they got it donw while I waited and they have a cushy waiting room and a clean, well-lit showroom. They also renewed my roadside assistance with an oil change--I haven't had to use it but its reassuring. Financing was very easy. I didn't have much to put down, but I got a low interest rate. I drive a lot so the price was well worth it for the reliability.

Though there are many repair shops in my area (and a Honda dealership in my town), I go out of my way to bring my Honda Element into O'Hare Honda for service. I can trust them to fix my vehicle right. They take time to explain the work that needs to be done and why.

The visit to O'Hare Honda was very good. Prompt and informational. Car delivery was as promised and car was clean and ready. I was very happy with the dealership and the individual who helped me with the new car. He also had a good sense of humor which, to me is important. But, he should not apply to "America's Got Talent"!

If you want good service, a patient and helpful service advisor, someone who will not try to make you spend more than you need to for service to your Honda, ask for Greg Czub. In addition to the work he has done on my CRV, I have watched his wonderful handling of several other customers. He is the best !

The Sales people were very attentive,nice and answered all our questions. They made sure we were happy with the vehicle. They called us at home and followed up with us to see if we had any other questions about the vehicle. I am going back to get the protector package put on this week and I am sure it will handled well by the service dept.

Worst car-buying experience of my life. We have been...
Worst car-buying experience of my life. We have been using the dealer's service department for ten years and wanted to go there for a new car purchase. After telling us how much they appreciated our loyalty and how they wanted to make "people like us" happy, they kept us in the showroom for nearly three hours, finally reneging on the deal upon which we had agreed, trying to squeeze and extra $1,000 out of us. It was the worst kind of bait and switch. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, I'd be interested to see how they treat newcomers.
