Extremely Satisfied customer

My salesman Barry Katz is an awesome salesman. He's extremely knowledgable, honest, and really takes his time with his customers. He's by no means pushy or a fast talker. He explains everything you want to know and makes sure you have a great understanding of the car your buying. If I was to buy 10 cars, all 10 of those cars would be purchased through Barry Katz. Happy since 2006 just got my 3rd from DCH Acura

Just leased my 3rd MDX from DCH Montclair Acura...Loyal customers we are! We loved the first one we leased in 2006 so much we bought it, still driving it every day. My second lease just ended so we went back to DCH because they are simply the Best. Walter Goldman, our sales consultant was the very best. Walter is extremely knowledgable and thorough, pleasant and professional. He explained everything and more that we needed to know and was so helpful in getting us the car we wanted. I very highly recommend DCH Montclair Acura. PS- since 2006 all my cars have also been serviced by DCH, again, simply the best, they are unbeatable for sales, service and quality.

Easy, efficient, fair experience

Tony Karatzia was a straight-shooter and very helpful to work with. Very professional in trouble-shooting any issues. Colleen Amirr was by far the most responsive and pleasant person I spoke to on the phone amongst the Acura dealerships in NJ/NY. I also found the price of my car very competitive.

New Acura TLX

I worked with Tony to lease my new Acura TLX. He took the time to help explain all of the ins and outs of the car, the differences between the technology packages, and the differences between the car I leased and other models to help me make the best selection. He explained the options for add ons as far as tires, maintenance, etc. without being pushy, and worked with me to figure out what would make the most sense for me. He has also been very helpful and approachable post-sale, answering my follow up questions via email. Would highly recommend him to a friend looking to lease or buy a car.

Finally, a car dealer I can recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a gently-used Subaru Outback from DCH Montclair Acura. After buying numerous cars over the years from car-dealers who do things in the usual car-dealer way (not a good thing), my DCH purchase was the first time a car-buying experience was so good I could easily recommend them to others. Rather than taking the typical industry approach of using all available means to score as much money as possible from a buyer in a single purchase (no four-squares, hidden add-ons, or "checking with the manager" here), our DCH representative, Barry Katz, provided top notch customer service, as a big part of DCH really extending themselves to look after our needs as buyers. Great job, Barry and your team!

Best salesman
