Everything about my experience at VIP Honda in North Plainfield, NJ was excellent. I got the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I worked with Mohammed Shafi, who was outstanding. He was professional, respectful, and very easy to work with. He was well prepared, answered all my questions clearly, and got the deal done quickly without any pressure or wasted time. It was clear that everyone at the dealership was on the same page, from sales, to management, to finance, to the car prep and detailing team. That level of coordination really made a difference, the process felt organized and transparent from start to finish. They sold me a car with a dead battery. I was stranded on the side of the road 3 days after I bought the car. Even jumping it wouldn't start the car the battery was so dead. I called them for help and they would not say whether or not they would cover any of the expenses. They knew the battery was bad as they likely jumped started the car for me to test drive it. No wonder they had the automatic start/stop at the light turned off and the red plastic cover off the battery. I should have been more suspicious.
