Anxiety-free buying experience a true professional
This weekend my wife and I purchased our fourth consecutive Toyota from as many different dealerships. We were recommended to Brian Garcia through a friend who also purchased his vehicles from him. I was a little skeptical at first because buying a car can be an unpleasant experience no matter how nice the salesperson is.. I have to say that Brian Garcia was a true professional. He took his time to determine our needs and concerns and not only did he address them but he also explained to us every step of the process at his dealership. At no point did we feel lost. Of all the dealerships we have dealt with we have never felt the way we did with Brian. He showed genuine concern for our needs and made us feel comfortable throughout our car buying experience. I see why our friend has purchased so many cars from him and will definitely recommend and use him again for our future purchases. This business would be alot more simple and pleasant if every salesman showed the genuine concern that Brian did with us.

Quick Response
I literally got a phone call within a minute after sending the email to enquire about a vehicle on cars.com. If quick response is what you are looking for, then this dealer wins a few stars!

Avoid this dealership regardless of the "DEALS"!
They are suited sweet talkers and now how to twist the truth to make it sound perfect for you. Than the pushing starts, "you got to take delivery today or else...";they say, or "there are few people looking at this car, I can't promise you it will be here tomorrow"...the pressure continues. After you cave in, they don't give you ALL the important paperwork that will potentially protect you, only the contract which is basically closing the sale! Would you prefer to lose that "perfect" car or loose thousand of dollar repairing it and paying a dealer price?? Remember if it sounds too good to be true, its probably is"! Be aware of promises vs written documents; delivery at night - not recommended (if you find out something next day - they will say you did it!); review all papers you sign very carefully - they may override any verbal agreement they say they will do. Treat them as if they are con artist - because they are so smooth. More to come till than hold off all business with this dealer.

AVOIDTHIS DEALER AT ALL COST OR IS GOING TO COST U
People here are like used car dealers but with suits. walk in told the guy what I wanted he started to tell me what I should buy. started to walk away then manager came and started to make a deal. after the deal dealer forgets that I have to sign bank paperwork after they forget that they forget to give me my plates before the temp plate exp. and if this is not enough they forgot to give me my second set of keys. Dealer is absurd if you like Toyota and want to buy one no matter what people say just go to a different dealer at the beginning everything is smiles after they have it deep in you than flop the turn around. my job doesn't let me take off a lot of time and I work 6 days a week so this dealer was near my work place only reason why I step foot in there but please for all others take the extra mile to the next dealer where I bought my other vehicle. they lost because I already had two vehicles from them in less then two months now I need another one and would go up the parkway for it.

I am providing this positive rating, so others can have the pleasurable car buying experience. I recently purchased back my lease from East Coast Toyota. This is my fourth transaction with this dealership in the past 10 years. I am not a big fan of the car buying experience, but they have made it as comfortable as possible. I worked directly with Aaron Geib, Sales & Leasing Consultant. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Toyota. His customer service was impeccable. He was knowledgeable on all Toyota's products. More importantly if he was unsure about something, he did not pretend to know. He did his research and came back with the proper answers. Aaron worked at my pace and explained the contract in terms I understood. His patience was comforting. I am sure you will be happy if you decide to call Aaron Geib at East Coast Toyota if you are in the market to buy or lease a Toyota.

xxxxxx the salesman is very rude! All he wants to do is sell you the car. Even give remarks about how you and your spouse talk to each other about the car you are buying... Hello! who the heck is he to tell you how to communicate with your spouse? No manners at all!!! We were there to finance a car, saw a picture on the internet, looked good... NOT IN PERSON tho!!! Scratches all over the car, hood chipped, interior soooo dirty... Then he says, what do you expect from a used car? Tried to convince me to look at another car, 2 years older than we originally looked at, worse than the first, only same thing is... the price!!! LOL because he said the older car has navigation!!! Who is he kidding? $300 in dash navigation? Yeah sure i will take that coz it has a navigation!!! Didn't stop there... he then tried to convince us with leasing a brand new scion xb for a BMW x5 price!!! really??? Stayed there for a bit because of the manager, he's pretty nice and tried to work something out since we were already there, but with Praust's attitude, we can't do it. Drove a couple more miles to another dealer and got the car we want, for the price we want. It pays to be patient, there are so many other dealerships that cares a little more than the other. Take your time... you will find the right car, with better salesman, don't give a rude salesman his commission!

I enjoyed my car buying experience with Melissa and Brian. Melissa was great keeping in contact with me and gathering the information on leasing and financing I needed to make an educated decision. When I first visited East Coast Toyota, Brian and I crunched the numbers and found we were too far apart to make a deal. Brian gave me some more information and options that I hadn't considered or knew which allowed me to review the numbers better and come back to discuss making a deal. Brian truly seemed to mean it when he said he wanted to make sure a local customer (Wallington) got the best deal possible and constantly worked with me. His ability to get me 0% financing sealed the deal and I have nothing but positive reactions to how I was treated at East Coast and look forward to a good relationship with your dealership for many years to come. I will strongly recommend your dealership to friends and family as am happy with the fair dealing Brian and Melissa demonstrated. Here's to hopefully many years of a great relationship with your dealership. Best, Louis Meyers
