I recently purchased my first EV, a 2026 Lexus RZ 450e, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Michael Alba at Tri-County Lexus was absolutely wonderful to work with! Since this was my first electric vehicle, I had a lot of questions about EV charging, battery care, features, and how everything works. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus RZ and EV technology and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he made the entire process much less intimidating. Michael was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my new vehicle and felt comfortable driving it home.
