Today I decided I wanted to go drive a Lexus for the first time because I've been thinking of buying one! The dealership was very friendly and helpful with my questions, and my salesperson Jesus was very knowledgeable helping point me in the right direction. I didn't end up buying anything, but I will be back to do business with Jesus 100%!

I recently had another very disappointing experience with Tri-County Lexus. After my previous bad experience, I posted a negative review and contacted the Lexus corporate office. Someone from the dealership called me, and I honestly thought the problem was resolved. But about a week later, I started receiving repeated phone calls from the dealership about scheduling service. I politely explained more than once that my service had already been completed and that I had already done my oil change. I also told them that when I’m ready for another appointment, I will call back myself. Even after that, the calls continued. Today, I received another call at 7:43 PM. When I answered, nobody said anything and the person just hung up. I called back to ask why they called me, and the woman told me it was about service again. I tried to explain that my service was already done, but she did not listen and hung up on me. I called back again around 8:12 PM and asked to speak with manager Rita. The woman refused. I asked for her name, and she also refused to give it to me. She only said, “I work there.” When I asked where she worked, she said Lexus and hung up on me again. I called again and asked why she kept hanging up on me and asked again for her name. She told me she was not obligated to give me her name because she “just works there.” Then she asked how she could help me. I said, “Okay, just make me an appointment,” and she hung up again and simply sent me a text message for an appointment. I am honestly shocked. Is this the customer service Tri-County Lexus provides? Calling customers at night, not listening, hanging up multiple times, refusing to identify themselves, and then sending appointment texts anyway? Tri-County Lexus, please review your phone records and call recordings from these calls and contact me with an explanation. This is not the level of service customers should expect from a Lexus dealership
