I had a great experience working with Victor. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the trim levels, engine options, features, and MPG. This dealership is absolutely terrible . After calling them over 6 times I’ve been getting hung up on every time. After requesting to speak to the supervisor or general manager I was told they wouldn’t pick up if I was to try to speak to them . After promising to fix the front bumper of my car, cleaning it , and fixing the amplifier and scheduling an appointment I waited over 8 hours just for nothing to get fixed . When contacting to reschedule again I have yet to succeed in finding an appointment because they refuse to respond. This is just unacceptable. To add on my temporary license plate expires in 2 days and they have yet to order my original plates. Which puts me at risk of receiving a ticket. To add onto that as well the dealership is an hour from my location making it very difficult to commute with 0 communication.
