This was the worst car buying experience ever. We purchased a 2025 Lexus. They never honored the deal that was made with the internet sales guy. He also said there were no dings on the car but there is one on the hood that the sales guy “didn’t notice.” They misrepresented the cost of the car and we had to fight about that. They deposited a check before the transaction was complete, and then could not return OUR money to us. We are talking 5 figures! The sales manager looked us in the eye and promised the money would be overnighted to us the next day, which did not happen. We had to call to get OUR money returned to us. That took a week. Not acceptable. We only received one key and there were no car mats, which we didn’t notice until we got home and removed the paper floor mats. To anyone who reads this, never negotiate the price of the car, always negotiate the out the door price. We honestly thought the car buying experience had changed but it is still the same with the buyer feeling that they are being taken advantage of which is exactly how we felt.
