Excellent service Can count on they're reliable work.

Excellent service Can count on they're reliable work. It would be nice if they would text at least every other day to let you know the status. If still waiting on parts etc. This way the customer is kept up to date and does not feel like they need to call and get voicemail or feel like they're bothering the service people. The customer likes to plan on how long they will be without a car so a text once in a while to give them an update would do a lot.

I brought my F-150 Raptor in at the scheduled time of

I brought my F-150 Raptor in at the scheduled time of 8:45 AM for a wheel balance and to address a noticeable emission odor. The emission issue was diagnosed and resolved as a disconnected catalytic converter. I was expecting an update from Matt regarding the service status; however, I did not receive a call until I contacted the service department, after which Matt returned my call. During the service, all wheels were removed and subsequently became unbalanced. At 4:45 PM, I was informed that my truck would need to remain at the facility as they were unable to balance the wheels. I expressed the necessity of having my vehicle and opted to depart with the four unbalanced wheels.

Friendly and efficient!

Friendly and efficient! Routine maintenance was quick and I enjoyed a latte while waiting. Yup!

Excellent service from Jamie. Explained everything clearly which made our decision easier to make. Great service department too. Bought several cars from them over the years and never had any issues.

It was good.

It was good. The only concern is that I was told that the mechanic said that the windshield wiper looks like they need replacing. Which I had just replaced two days earlier. Which makes you worry about any other recommendations that come up.
