Excellent Service, Very competent mechanics!

My service advisor, Paul Vislov, listened carefully to my issues and arrived at an excellent trouble shooting strategy, then the very capable mechanics were able to locate the source of a most vexing electrical issue, and fix it perfectly. They also fixed a radiator leak not previously identified. All while providing me a loaner so I wouldnt lose work time. Thank you for having such great staff.

Horrible Experience

I went to the Paramus Jeep dealership back in June to purchase a cold air intake for my truck. Going on 4 months I’ve never received the part although I prepaid over $600 for the part and service. Every part they ordered, which was about 4-5 didn’t fit my truck. I don’t understand how the system continuously allows you to order a part that doesn’t fit. Please keep in mind I travel for work, and the weekends is the only time I can go into the dealership for service. So I wasted plenty of Saturday’s just to be told 4 hours later “ oh the part didn’t fit “. The communication was extremely poor as I had to harass the dealership and go there in person to find out the status of anything. The last straw was when I went there this past week and I was told that was originally suppose to be there in the beginning of September is not backordered until October. At the point I asked for my money back. This dealership is absolutely the worse the service manager Steve is rude and didn’t offer anything to compensate for my times, gas wasted nothing. Not even an apology. If you’ve been to this dealership or read the reviews you can see that this dealership is horrible. Best advice don’t go here use another dealership, unless you want to pay for services upfront only to never get them.

New vehicle purchase

I had a wonderful experience. Meagan was extremely informative and very helpful. I highly recommend her since she got straight to the point and made sure we were happy and she was very professional. Extremely happy with my new Jeep. I love it!!! Thank you Meagan for all your help!! You are the best :) Gladys

Bad service .

Once you buy tha car or truck the service is bad they change after you buy they promise stuff and then nothing , never finish my truck

Exceeded all expectations

We came to the dealership only to look there was absolutely no intention to purchase today, in fact we had a list of several dealerships we wanted to shop. Gerry was a unique experience for us. He did not try to "sell" us a car but rather spent a great deal of energy finding out what our needs and wants were. He spared no effort in trying to find the exact car with the exact options we were looking for. He presented a final choice of cars that came closest to what we wanted. After we made our choice he calculated a price for us then brought it down to an amount we felt was reasonable. We told him we wouldn't commit as we wanted to shop around. He was fully supportive and would hold the price for us as long as he could. At no point did we feel as if we were being sold but rather had a personal consultant looking after our best interest. As we were leaving he approached with an offer from the manager and gave us an unbelievable price and would hold that too. We never got out of the parking lot as we made our decision. He had the car brought down from Mahwah, prepped and detailed in about an hour (absolutely amazing) and we drove the car home. We are still in a state of shock as we still can't believe we have such an amazing car at such an amazing price. For anyone seriously looking for a new car you should make this dealership your first stop because it'll be your only stop.

Great dealer ship

Mohamed abdallatif. And Dean readman were excellent great place to get a car kind and good people , they got me what I was able to afford , would definitely get friends and family to get there cars there , A number 1 dealership in New Jersey ����. Thank you Allen Rizzardi

Leased Compass

From the minute I met him, Mo made me feel comfortable about being there. I have been to many different dealerships and by far this is my favorite!!!! He was patient and very informative. He listened to what I wanted in my truck and was great at explaining all the features and add on packages. Within an hour we had my new car ready for lease.

Terrible Experience

Never deal with this dealership. Be especially suspect if the used car manager Milton Rodriguez is involved. what a jerk. They sold me a "certified" Jeep but then the Jeep needed a bunch of work done 3k miles later for the same items that were supposed to certified. When I asked to discuss with Milton, he avoided me and then hung up on me.
