100% genuine

From the moment we walked in Osiris Polanco was friendly and professional with out being "pushy." He took his time with us, let us take the car for a drive and then sat us down to talk numbers. He gave us his undivided attention and at no time did we feel rushed. We felt he was real, with no gimmicks. If only all sales consultants could be so genuine. Also, Manny Andujar who handled the financial aspect and was just as awesome. Thank you for an awesome experience. We'll definitely be going back when its time to get my wife a new car.

Outstanding

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at this car dealership. We purchased a new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica eight passenger touring l plus.our sales person don took such wonderful care of us the entire time .don and his assistant guided us through the entire process.everyone involved in our process from the financial part to the delivery end was wonderful and very professional. We are so happy we came to this dealership.i am a Vietnam veteran and belong to many organizations in our state.i will be telling everyone about our wonderful experience.we are enjoying the new vehicle so much.

Happy Camper

Happy with salesman ( Stanley) and dealership. Staff was friendly, courteous.. Dealership was clean and bright. Selection of cars was sufficient. Would definitely be a return customer again.. Have leased several vehicles through them before.

Very sneaky and shady...

I went to the dealership after finding a car I was interested in on the website. The listing on the car was inaccurate and certainly seemed like a "Bait and switch" since they described it as a Dodge Durango SXT but had images of an R/T in the group of photos. The R/T was what I was interested in. I went in and explained the situation and they said the person taking photos made an error, since there were 2 vehicles that looked identical, one was an SXT and the other was an R/T. I explained to the "manager" I wasn't interested in any games, and if they were honest and put a good deal together, I would buy the car. We agreed on a price and came to an agreement. I informed them I was going out of town and couldn't pick the car up until Wednesday. The salesperson, who was very genuine and a good person asked if I can do it Thursday, since he was off on Wed. Of course, I said it wouldn't be an issue. He leaves to get the purchase agreement and comes back and says that I would need to take the car today. I replied that I would gladly, provided that the financing terms were equal to what my bank was offering. He then presents the agreement and this is where the shadiness started. They added a "prep fee" which wasn't in the verbal agreement we made, and I SPECIFICALLY stated that when we made the "deal". I wasn't paying any additional "fees." He couldn't explain the additional "fees" and proceeded to bring "Nick" who also tried to explain that the prep fees were standard. When I asked him why I was paying to "Prep" a vehicle that they sold to me, he couldn't answer... The story goes on, including a cockamamie story that Dan tried to call me to see if he could waive the fees, but never heard back from him.... Long story long, I would never go back to this place and certainly never buy a vehicle from them.... Stay away. There are better dealerships all around NJ.

Lease return

Had a great experience Saturday! Kiki and Mike in the sales department are fantastic! Kiki spent time with me on the phone answering all my questions and listening to my concerns. Mike who help me with my new lease was so incredibly patient with me!!!! He took his time with me and was not pushy at all. He worked with me and got me in a new lease the same day! If you go you must ask for Mike!

Very unsatisfied with the service we've received. The only reason my car was back there was because another service department would not fix a problem that they caused here. Makes me never want to deal with Dodge ever again.
