These reviews posted are not showing exactly the reality of this Dealership. On May 26, 2023, I bought a car at DCH Paramus Honda in New Jersey. After the transaction was completed on the same day, the sales person, Mr. Emilio Santana told me to send him an email the week of May 29, 2023, as a reminder for him to send the new plates to my New York address. (The car was sold with temporary plates that were to expire on June 24, 2023). During the week of May 29, 2023, I sent a couple of emails, text messages and a phone call to Mr. Santana. He did not respond to any of my inquiries. Since I never heard from Mr. Santana, on June 7, 2023, I called again, at his cell number (862) 287-3266. He answered the phone call, but informed me that I had reached a wrong number. Then I called his company’s phone number (201) 518-0218, and it went to voice mail. (I called the phone numbers showing on the business card that Mr. Santana provided me on the day I purchased the car.) Then I called the dealer’s phone number (201) 351-2669. I was not able to speak to the manager; instead, I spoke to Ms. Georgia Psathas, who promised to inform me as soon as the plates arrived to the dealership. I exchanged several messages with Ms. Psathas, who sometimes responded, “Hello my Blessed Lady, No they have not come in yet, I will keep my eyes on it.” On June 14, 2023, I called and asked to speak to a manager. My phone call was transferred to Mr. Osvandy Arias, who identified himself as the Manager of DCH Paramus Honda in New Jersey (who is in fact a Product Specialist). I told him that I had not received any information from either, the sales person, Mr. Santana, nor from Ms. Psathas, regarding the status of the plates. I emphasized that there was only ten (10) days left for the temporary plates to expire. I informed Mr. Arias, about the unprofessional way Mr. Santana was handling the whole situation, starting with the fact that he was not responding to either my texts, email messages, or phone calls. I even told him that the only time he answered his cell phone; he informed me that I had dialed a wrong number. I needed his intervention because the temporary plates were about to expire. Mr. Arias responded “Don’t worry; you will receive the plates before June 24, 2023”. On June 18, 2023, I contacted the Department of Motor Vehicle and to my surprise, I found out that the car had not been registered yet. I called Mr. Arias and informed him of what the DMV’s employee told me. Mr. Arias responded: “Don’t worry Ms. Restrepo, if you get a ticket, you will pay it and we will reimburse you.” I answered: “Mr. Arias, this is not acceptable; either you provide me with the plates by June 24, 2023, or an extension of the plates”. He promised to inquire further about the status of the temporary plates. On June 20, 2023, I e-mailed Mr. Arias, I reminded him that the temporary plates were about to expire. Once again, he promised to check with his DMV department and get back to me on the same day. I never heard back from him. On June 21, 2023, I e-mailed Mr. Arias again. I was tired, stressed and very disappointed of the situation, so I threatened that I would be filing a complaint. He responded by letting me know that I was not the only customer dealing with this type of situation; that there were hundreds of customers facing the same situation. (What a poor response, to justify the dealer’s negligence by saying that I was not the only customer facing this problem. Does not this say a lot about the Dealership’s practices?). On June 23, 2023, I finally received the plates. The reason I am posting this review is hoping to save someone to experience the same that they put me through.

Good morning. I’m very glad to see that you received your license plates before the expiration date on your temporary tag as per your request. I apologize for any miscommunication on behalf of our dealership. We always strive to accomplish great customer service. Mr. Osvandy Arias is a product specialist and junior assistant manager who does handle DMV issues when needed. I see that we did everything in a timely manner in terms of processing your DMV, however sometimes we are at the mercy of the NY State DMV when they don’t initiate all the paperwork, we send them. I called and left a voicemail message for you on 06/29/2023 and didn’t receive a callback. I also emailed you on 07/03/2023 and didn’t receive a response back from the address you provided our team. You claimed that it was not a miscommunication between your dealership and I No! It was negligence by your dealership to not fulfill the job that was already paid for. This experience caused me not only a lot of time spent in getting the plates but also the stress that your dealership and people put me through. The unprofessionalism of Mr. Emilio Santana, of not taking my phone calls, text messages, and even worse, of responding to me that I had reached a wrong number (when he finally answered the phone call) was low. I received the plates one day before the temporary plates expired, after I called eight (8) times, left seven (7) text messages, and sent four (4) emails and made one phone call to DMV, whom you are now blaming for the delay. This is unacceptable. Is this what you call: “WE DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER?” You claimed to strive to accomplish great customer service. Do you think you accomplished it with me? You sent me an email via an e-mail address that is not even mine. It belonged to my friend who first inquired about the car. (It was I, the person who bought the car and not him.) You claimed to call me at 917-47-5372. I do not even know that number - - not because it is missing a digit, but because it is not my phone number. Did you take the time to check my records to find out my information? You also claimed that you called me on June 29th and emailed me in July 3, 2023, and I did not respond. How is it possible that you called me at 917-47-5372 when the phone number is not mine and it is not even a complete phone number? On June 29, 2023, I first emailed Mr. Wael Yunes, General Manager, and on July 3, 2023, I emailed you, Mr. Michael Lee, New Vehicle Director. What are you talking about that I did not respond to your inquiries? I have purchased five new cars in the past and this is the first time I purchased a used car. This is the worst experience I ever had with car dealerships. It has nothing to do with the fact that it is a used car; but it was because your dealership was incompetent and unable to deliver excellent customer service. You simply did not do the job the way it was supposed to be done. Would you buy or recommend DCH Paramus Honda of New Jersey, if you were in my situation? In closing, I do not intend to waste any more of my time in this subject. Your dealership has already wasted a lot of my time and gave me a lot of stress during the process of getting the license plates. By using all these poor arguments, you are not going to redeem your poor service. If you want to redeem yourselves, you should start by providing good services to your customers. That way you will not have to spend time in justifying your actions. I believe by now some of the readers fully understand the service that your dealership has to offer.

Visit DCH Paramus is waste of Time & Energy
To visit DCH is useless and waste of time and energy! I am old customer of Honda, three years before I leased car from Honda, now I visited Honda after my lease maturity I want to switch to new Honda and want to lease another car for my daughter, but sorry to say they behave so weird and after final my deal they took my card for payment the sales person came and said sorry we can’t give you car on this price which is so unprofessional and shocking for me after finalized everything they changed their statement, I think it’s not worth it to waste your precious time with them. The sales person and even manager is not looks so professional.
