Had a great experience leasing our new Honda Odyssey from DCH Paramus and working with Hammad Deeb, specifically. We explored dealerships throughout New York and New Jersey and got the best rate from Paramus. Hammad kept us posted on the status of the car, and once it arrived, he walked us through the entire process. He took us into the car and demonstrated every feature and answered all of our questions. We drove out in our brand new minivan and have been loving it so far!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE
My sales person was Greg. He was professional and respectful, however, here is the rub. When my wife and I were first approach by Mr. Sims I explained that I what I needed. He brought me around the yard to look at the vehicles. The first thing I mentioned after that was that I detested car shopping and prior to this visit I have used a broker for about 10 years. I did not want to be caught in the trap of delays, waiting for the manager, him leaving me and saying he would be right back, and spending a long period of time at the dealership. That is exactly what happened. I was at the dealership for five hours most of it was waiting for him to get back from someplace whether it was to find his manager, to get his managers OK, to see if my car was washed yet, as well as other things. I reminded him on several occasions and that that’s not why I was there and then I was not happy. He was respectful he listen to me and he told me there was no way that any of that was going to happen, yet it did. my wife and I both swore that this was not going to happen to us. By the time I was there three hours I kept trying to figure out why I was still there but I realized I did not want to spend three hours for nothing so I stayed just a little bit longer. It turned out I was there two hours longer. I should’ve just left but I could not bear to go through this experience again at another dealership. it didn’t make a difference to me what car that I had as long as it was comfortable. That was it that was my criteria. Sam simple right? Long it took me five hours. I am happy with my Honda Civic and I would drive another one in the future but versus should it would not be purchased at this location. Never again. I may have stuck it out and lease the car but as soon as I get home I started to make phone calls to anyone that would listen about my experience I told him to stay away. The only reason I gave a 2 as my rating this experience is because I had 3 cups of the cappuccino from the machine. otherwise it would’ve been a one. Never again!

This is our 3rd car from Paramus Honda and When I tell you that I am married to the dealer I am not lying. Eveytime we come Wael and his sales rep treat us with the upmost respect and accommadate to our needs. This time a young salesman named Max Fleitas helped us out and it was amazing. The way he explained the pilot to us made it so simple for us to go from a CRV to a pilot very easily.

I just bought my beautiful little Honda Civic sport
I just bought my beautiful little Honda Civic sport hatchback and absolutely love it. Our seller, Hamad Deeb, made my car buying experience go from very poor at a different dealership to the best car buying experience I've ever had. Hamad had everything ready for test drive/pickup day because I was coming in to the dealership from a distance. He was also patient with my insurance company.
