Outstanding overall experience, from first phone contact to driving away in our new 2023 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback! Kim Graney (so nice) answered all of our initial questions promptly, found the vehicle we were looking for, and set us up with initial numbers/deposit and a sales representative. Greg Sims (sales) was very pleasant without any pressure, helped with all of our questions and approval process in short order, and set up a delivery time promptly. He had the initial paperwork ready for signature with copies made, as soon as we arrived (very quick process.) All financial numbers lined up with what was agreed upon previously. The car was prepped and showroom clean with tags and registration, ready for pick up same day (amazing.) Carlos Gonzales was excellent, making the Finance office process short and sweet, again providing numbers that perfectly aligned with what was agreed upon and no pressure tactics (only suggesting what might add benefit to our purchase.) This team made our purchase a top notch overall experience for my wife and myself. I would highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda to anyone shopping for a new Honda. We are thrilled!

I come to DCH Paramus Honda for my car's service because of high quality customer service and repairs. Natasha Nedd is the service advisor I rely on and prefer to work. There's just something extra trustworthy about her. Caring too! My car is a 2015 model I bought at DCH. I drive between 30k-40k miles / year and now have 271k miles on my car. It STILL runs great! I don't have issues except when things wear out, which is to be expected. Am very satisfied with the quality of service, repairs and time spent at DCH Honda Paramus's service center and especially with Natasha!

My experience with DCH has always been great. My representative, Natasha has always been very polite and helpful. She is the best advisor I have ever worked with. I used to go to Route 22 Honda service center, but ever since I met Natasha, I feel comfortable with the workmanship and prices. The best thing about Natasha is that she listened to my concerns and provided me with all options.

The sales representatives and finance department are all extremely professional and honest. They had my best interest in mind and the process was seamless. I definitely recommend them. This is my third honda I've purchased with them!
