Natassa is the best!!!! Great communication explains the issues to me very well and presents the solutions. She coordinates with the mechanics and keeps me informed. Very honest (which is impossible to find) quick and efficient. I’ve been bringing my Honda there since 2014 won’t go anywhere else! Service Department has a great waiting area as well which makes it easy to work while waiting for car.

Natasha Nedd is an extremely valuable contact at your facility. She’s a Manager who literally does whatever research is necessary to figure out and alleviate whatever problem I may experiencing. She also understands the value of my time as well as understanding that a person’s financial resources have limitations also. Based on that she is able to expertly advise me of what needs to be done based on urgency and necessity. I bought my first Honda at DCH in 2000 and have always been very pleased with the level of service I have received from your service department. However, Ms. Nedd has certainly raised that bar significantly.
