**Amazing Experience!!**

Great experience over all

Went into the dealer to look at some cars- left the dealership with purchase of a nice GLE. Elie was awesome. He remembered me from a car I bought over 15 years ago from him so that was very impressive. Overall great experience. My new car is an awesome Whole process fast and easy anI would go back and refer friends and family to Mercedes Benz of Paramus and give them Elie's name.

Taddeo never fails me!

Had my choice of three vehicles, Mercedes was on the list, told Tad what I needed, what I wanted and when I arrived he had three vehicle options. I fell in love with my new GLC 300 and walked out a very happy owner!

Glad to finally get my airbags replaced,

Your service Dept. replaced finally my two airbags during the recall. Glove box surface was left dirty and you shouldn't schedule 3 hour service calls when you have no loaner cars to use. But your service rep. was excellent. But the quality of the snack food has dropped off lately, which is important when the three hour service takes place over lunch hour.

Service department is great and efficient. Very easy to work with Teresa. She keeps you well informed throughout the process. Appreciate her honesty. Would highly recommend.

Great stuff and service!

I was so happy with the great service that I received when I came in to trade in my car. Enrique did all he could get me the best value for my car. He was also able to get me a great rate for the pre owned car I then purchased. Thank you so much for all the help in this process.

Great buying experience!!!

I was fortunate enough to work with Melissa Lee during the purchase of my new GLE. Melissa worked tirelessly to ensure that the process went well. She explained every part of the buying process and even made certain that I was satisfied with my purchase even after the deal was completed.

Excellent Servuce

Jieun & Jeff were an excellent team. They helped my husband and I with 2 leases at a price we were satisfied with. We could have gone to our local Morristown dealer, but we were happy with what Jieun was able to offer, that we moved forward with her on the initial visit. She made it very easy and stress free for us.

Not so Black Friday

What an amazing experience my wife and I had at MB of Paramus. This was our first experience in joining the MB family (as every Benz owner has been calling it). From the moment I made the appointment on the phone to meet, I felt like we would be well taken care of. The sales agents were superb and the customer service was outstanding. The cappuccino machine was not a bad touch either. Jieun made sure that every bit our our needs were met, and her partner, Jeff, added to the feeling of making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. “Saint Jieun” worked extra hard to make sure that I got KBB value for my trade in. The sales associates even took pictures of us in front of our brand new MBs with giant red bows (just like in the commercials), and picked out key chains for us that they thought we would like. While we purchased the cars on Black Friday, this experience was as bright as it gets!
