Very poor service on 11.29.2018

I waited 5 hours to have my 50K service done and to have two tires changed. Even people in the service department were shocked an alarmed. How did they rectify this? They didn't charge me labor on my two tires....not really the type of changes they need here. Entered at 7:30am and was first told by Steve that I would be out in 2 hours. At 10:30 (3 hours later) Steve comes to tell me that they couldn't repair my flat tire! I already knew that, I WANTED a new tire. That took another two hours. Shocking. I kept asking Steve for updates but they weren't delivered promptly. I'm the treasurer of a large pharmaceutical company and wound up missing a meeting with my CEO and CFO. I expect more from this dealership but they didn't deliver.

Service appointment 11/27

I made my service appointment for 11/27 3 weeks prior. and reserved a loaner car. Received numerous e mails reminding me of my appointment. I got to your dealership at 7;45AM on 11/27and was told after reviewing the items that needed to be addressed that there were no loaner cars available. If I wanted one I needed to wait till after 9AM to see if any were brought in from Enterprise. Since I am a regular customer for a long time Axel made arrangement to take me to my office in Paramus. I asked before I left what time the car would be ready maybe right after lunch since I was the only customer there at 7:45. At 3Pm I called to see if the car was ready since I did not receive a call as requested. The girl told me after 10 minutes on hold that my car was ready did I want someone to pick me up and bring me back for the car. I asked why they can't drop it at my office she said they did not have two people there to do this. I said ok ha e them pick me up but have them call me when they are leaving so I can prepare to leave my office and meet in front. 10 minutes later they call me sand say they are waiting downstairs I said they would have to wait I was doing something and would be down in 15 minutes. Not very happy with the new ownership and this experience and I have had no issues before and servicing my cars S550 and E300 their for years. In fact my S550 was in for service two weeks ago. Not sure I want to repeat this experience it seems the only one that cares about the customer experience at your dealership is Axel but not a surprise the customers love him just have to wait on the bricks and see how they respond to him

Helpful purchasing from out of statw

Dealership was very helpful as we were purchasing a used vehicle from out of state. They made it seem less - when I arrived everything was ready to go! Robinson was excellent in follow up every step in the purchasing process.

Great service and caring team!!

Mercedes-Benz of Paramus was truly wonderful from beginning to end! My salesperson Ed was kind, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. I was shopping with little children and he made the process so smooth! The dealership is clean, organized, and well run! I truly appreciated the effienct service as well, I didn’t waste time at the dealership and for that I was grateful! If you’re thinking of buying a car this is the only place to go!!!

Just great

Because the whole process was made painless The wait was eased by refreshments The service dropping area under the canopy meant not a drop of rain fell on us as we came out of the car

FANTASTIC

THEY WERE RELIABLE ,CORDIAL AND DEPENDABLE. MY CAR GOT SERVICE VERY QUICKLY. NO PROBLEM GETTING AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SERVING. OH YES, I THINK YOUR CAR WASHING IS THE BEST OUT OF ALL I'VE BEEN TO!!!

Rims fixed

The greeter was superb, I'm sorry that I didn't get his name. He's cheerful, pleasant, courteous and just an all around nice customer focused person. The entire staff was professional, courteous and pleasant.

Prompt, Courteous and Professional

On Saturday I took delivery of my new automobile at Mercedes-Benz of Paramus. The delivery concluded what I am pleased to tell you was an efficient, seamless transaction. From the beginning, I was treated with the great courtesy I have long since come to expect from the many DCH—and now Lithia—dealers with whom I have dealt over the past forty years. Commencing with my meeting with Jason Cestaro and Dennis Adams; their introduction of me to Turk Bertan who--with Jesus Sanchez, providing the dogged but polite follow-up necessary to keep me focused, and with Dennis’s continuing oversight--effectuated the transaction; to the training session by Zuli Soler, who clearly and patiently explained everything which I did not understand about the gadgetry on this machine (which is to say, pretty much everything); through the final paperwork handled efficiently and professionally by Brian Blum, everything went like clockwork. I could not be more pleased.
