Great experience buying my 2019 CLA 250

Jieun made the car buying experience pleasurable! She was straight forward, honest and fun. I would highly recommend Jieun and prestige Mercedes of Paramus NJ

If I could of given zero stars on this rating I would of!’n

Mercedes Benz of Paramus or Prestige Mercedes how ever you want to call yourselves is the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re extremely rude and incompetent. They make fraudulent charges on customers credit cards. They don’t communicate well with there customers or inform them on the status of they’re car while being serviced. They are extremely unprofessional and when you request for a member of management to speak with you or call you back it never happens. Don’t bother leaving written messages with any of the receptionists or let alone any voicemails because apparently they don’t bother to read these messages or listen to these voicemails. They will never get my money ever again that’s for sure!!!

We apologize that you had a poor experience, that is never our intention. We will certainly speak to our reception staff in order to gain some insight on any missed messages, and assure that we will take the necessary steps to make sure this issue is addressed should need be. We have been advised that you have spoken with someone at the dealership already regards to the store's courtesy of only charging you for one day of overage with a Loaner vehicle that you had for a month. While we understand how you may be frustrated, but would like to remind you that you had signed a loaner agreement that detailed overage charges. We can send you a copy of the agreement for your records.

Best sales woman

She is the best salesman and hardest worker she made the deal happen and was able to get my father and I into brand new 2019 Mercedes

Oliver at Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is the guy to go to!

Oliver was so great to work with. He was patient and understanding and let me take my time in deciding my huge purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking here to seek out Oliver. I had gone to other dealerships and in the end it was the way Oliver treated me that helped me make my decision. He wasn't a typical salesman who hovers over you while you make a decision nor does a huge sales pitch.

Very great experience I would recommend this Mercedes-Benz dealership everything was fix on time good customer services ?????????? In and out no long wait..free car was after repairs is done.

Robert and Kristen rocks

Both Robert and Kristen did a great job providing us with multiple options to get us into a new car. I hope they both are around in three years so I could work with them again very efficient and effective.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

My salesperson Jieun was wonderful. She was very welcoming and most attentive.. If i had to give a score between 1-10 ....Jieun is straight up all 10's and more in every aspect. I could not have had a more pleasurable and satisfying experience. She listened to my concerns and needs. Everything that was promised was totally delivered. I look forward to a lasting relationship with this dealership and will recommend Mercedes-Benz in Paramus, NJ to the fullest. (Ask for Jieun) I would like to also extend my sincere thanks to her manager who im sorry i dont remember his name but he too was truly amazing! Thank you Jasmine for my salesperson

Terrific wonderful service people all try to help and accomodate. Would reccomend any of these without hesitation. Car was taken care of, cleaned and serviced properly.

Usually very good service but wait time was ridiculous

Generally I am very happy with the service advisors . This visit was not up to the usuals standards. I waited over 29 minutes to be attended to when I pulled in, then waited 35 minutes for a service advisor to check in. Then almost 2 hours more for a headlamp and sidelight change. This may have been an exceptionally busy night as all customers in service were complaining about wait times
