Questionable efficiency

Eehhh Wait is too long. Said that the "job" is between "$100 - $200". Service advisor will not give you exact figure. Commission? Too pricey. Stealership.

Worst service ever

It was very hard to get someone to answer the phone. When left a message, there was no return call. Service appointment had to be scheduled two weeks later than the date I would like because of loaner car availability. But when I checked in I was told that I had not asked for a loaner car. What a surprise! The car was brought in for service on November 12. Finally someone did answer my phone call around 4:30 pm on November 21 and was told that the car was ready for pickup. Certainly the overall experience was very different than a year ago.

Great dealership

My dealer was very kind and considerate. She worked to fit the customer's financial situation. I originally bought a two door sports car but only to realize I didn't really like it after 1 week. When I came to change the car she dealt with the problem so smoothly and reccommended me with a car I would rather prefer. We did face some financial minuses but she tried to lessen the damage as much as possible which I really liked about her. Once again I would really recommend her!

Salesperson very polite and considerate

This dealership is an awesome place to buy a car. My salesperson was very polite and not pushy at all. He was willing to work with me in order for me to get a good price and for him to be able to get the sale. Everyone there was polite as well. I would love to go back in the future and get another car there.

Good Service On GLK

Sent my GLK there for warranty fix of chrome lug bolts that kept stripping. They got it done in 1.5 hours. Great service. Will keep coming back.

Service dept

Drop off my car early morning someone took care of my car right away but needed to wait for the service consultant. Waited for a long time before service consultant came. The same thing happened when I pickup my car. Checked out already front desk told me to wait my will out soon. Waiting and waiting after 15 minutes my car was not out yet. When I approached someone asked why my car is taking forever turned out that no one was taking out my car. Ridiculous. Very bad.

Staff is unfriendly, unresponsive and rude. In other words if it wasent for may salesman Ted. F. I would move to Benzel Bush. Your baody shop staff is the worst. Your service rech as slow at getting back to customers and your lack of avaialablity of loaner cars is a big negative

Amazing coustomer service, wonderful staff very welcoming and accommodating. Also the show room is beautiful and they also have great snacks and offer water. Amazing

Service from Jeff

Jeff Chun was the individual who handled my sale and he was great. He was flexible and we negotiated a great deal. Because of him, one day I may return to buy another Mercedes.
